did u ever catch a legendary pokemon with a pokeball??

the only legendary pokemon i've ever caught in a pokeball was Moltres, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Suicune, Entei...let me tell you i wasn't easy catching rayquaza in a pokeball

I did! I caught Moltres and Mewtwo, I got all the legendary pokemon later, most with a master ball and of coure game shark :P Of Course, mah game s wascorrupted when mah lil sis shoved play dough into the cartridge -_-

my friend has caught just under a half of all pokemon with a pokeball, including legendary

Saying that one had caught all legendary pokemon with just one pokeball and one try is easy...But it would be better if one had proven it, isn't it? :sniper:

I caught Lugia and Kyogre after throwing like 200k worth of ultras. Then I threw a poke ball and bam. Captured. : P

ive caughten moltres zapdos and articuno in the old versions like yellow, red, blue with normal pokeballs ive only done it once and everytime after that i just didnt have the patience to do it again so i just throw 4-5 ultra balls at barely visible health or the occasional master ball if my pokemon is gonna die

Yeah. I used something like 20 ultraballs on this one legendary pokemon, then switched to pokeballs and caught it with third ball.

i dont think its possibleyou cant even catch a snorlax with a pokeball no matter how weak and afflicted it is.if anyone of these people can video capture themselves catching one of these pokemon they caught with a pokeball then i might believe them

i dont agree, i have played most of the pokemon versions and had caught snorlax and legendaries inlcuding Groundon(twice) , Raycraza(only once, usually with ultra ball) and Kyorge(twice), moltres, etc, pokeball is the only one that work the best,great ball and ultra all mostly break .~tho sometimes, it takes a lot of restarting ..hehe

Nah, not a Pokeball. That's just bordering on crazily impossible. The lowest I've captured a Legendarywith was a Great Ball.

Does anyone know of any RPG Makers like pokemonand I don't want that RPG Maker XP Or 2003I just want something that can make a good pokemon game or agood hacker that can edit it well with out any hex.

I caught my Palkia with a Timer Ball only a few turns in. But Dialga & Palkia have a 30% Catch rate.

I caught a Dialga with a premier ball, which has the exact same catch rate as a pokeball.Too bad even Steelix has a lower catch rate than Dialga, so it's nothing impressive. :teehee:

I caught my Palkia with a Timer Ball only a few turns in. But Dialga & Palkia have a 30% Catch rate.

Oh, also, it's not a catch rate of 30%, it's a catch rate of 30. The catch rate on a pokemon have a rate anywhere from 3 (Mewtwo) to 255 (pidgey). Obviously, the higher the better, but the number isn't a percentage.I'm basically cutting and pasting from serebii.net, but the catch percentage is based on the formula isCatch = PokeballEffect (((( 4 * Max HP - 2 * HP ) * Catch Rate ) / Max HP ) + Status + 1 ) / 256...I'm rambling, but go to http://serebii.net/games/capture.shtml if you were honestly interested.

serebii is a well of knoledge for everything, but i think the more pokeballs you throw at the thing the higher chance you acually have of getting it. which would explain why it took about 800 pokeballs for me to catch groudon in emerald. all that aside, i think timer balls are the best to catch legendary pokemon, especially if your using an empolean to tank everything they can hit you with. those can be lonnng battles.

I've caught all my legendaries with pokeballs (only because i keep trying with pokeballs ONLY) IMO all pokeballs other than the pokeball are ugly

i wasted my master bal but got all the legandary birds and mewtwo in my blue mind you it involved alot of saveing and reseting the game (if at girst you dont sucseed)
