yes but i was using a emulator so it was easy, but i caught mewtew using one while he was frozen

Never SO yeah I always used great or ultra balls why go thru the trouble only time i used poke balls was if i ran out of the others and that wasnt often all i used poke balls for was low lv pokemon or extremely weared down pokemon and had nothing else to use

meh, I cought mew with a pokeball in the event when he came out on red (on gb) when he came out. I cought groudon with a pokeball but thats just about it. The others hate pokeballs lol.

Prefer cloning masterballs than wasting time using Pokeballs.Done this Pokeball legendary catch with Mewtow in Yellow a long time ago.

I did the same thing a couple of times. When I was out of ultra balls, I used the cheaper ones, and sometimes they worked.

I somehow got a Mew (Yes AR'd. What, you expect me to drive 50 miles for an event?) to stay in a pokeball. After 11 Ultra Balls and 3 Timer Balls too.

Lol, omg yes. I was trying to catch Articuno and I had it down to one HP, and asleep, but i couldn't hit the damn thing. Honestly, the characters aim must suck something fierce for him to miss a sleeping bigass bird. So I use up about 40 ultra balls, think about resetting, then decide what the heck, I'll use a pokeball and maybe I'll get lucky. My first pokeball worked.

I caught Mesprit with a Quick Ball after 28 turns... but I have never managed to catch a legend w/ an ordinary ball.
