did u ever catch a legendary pokemon with a pokeball??

there was once i went with my cousin's blue version on the gb pocket... i was rather poorly prepared to catch mewtwo, but i went anyway. mewtwo owned my entire team, leaving me with just a lvl 51 moltres that was dying. ultra balls all failed, but one pokeball took down the mewtwo, at full hp, burned. lucky me, moltres was down to red life, with no one else still alive in the team

Just once, i was playing pokemon yellow and was trying to catch zapdos. I threw all my expensive balls a t the bloke and he still kept popping out. I got so fed up i threw a poke ball.... and i was honestly surprised it worked.

I haven't even tried capturing one. It would take too long for me to catch one without a better ball. I don't have enough patience to try doing one... ever

I caught Groudon with a pokeball, I ran out of ultra balls, great balls, timer balls, so my last resort was 1 poke ball and I got it

the only most normal ball I used to catch a legendary was a great ball for lugia

yes in gameboy emulator i just save the game in slot then load it when i didnt catch it

this one is kinda funny..... when i first encounter regi ice.. i got the first move, so my pokemon blazeken at lvl 94 launcehed fire blast and instantly the legendary pokemon reach critical health.. and also i forgot bring all my great ball and also ultra ball. my master ball has been used on latios (raqueza had to used ultra ball) in my backpack only left with 3 pokeballs... 2 tries are failed and only left only one pokeball.. i was freaked out and really have to go to the toilet... when i throw the last ball, the ball moves 2 times and its locked!!!!! feel realy happy until i accidently wet myself!!! next time i will remember my self to bring alot of great and ulra balls and remember to go to the toilet!!!

I've caught one with a an ultra ball, special balls from silver/gold and even great ball, but NEVER a poke =(. To all the none emulator players, respect (the honourable players at least) yous for your persistance

I caught Ho-ho... I tried all my greatballs (an 15, +-), and when they finished, I used a pokeball and I get it! miracle... lol

I caught Kyogre in a pokeball once , and that was because I accidentally chose Poke Ball instead of Timer Ball Haven't been able to get any other legendaries on pokeballs though.
