I give the edge to Anima here. Really cool-looking, neat abilities and interesting backstory. Although Shiva is pretty hot (well, quite cold, actually, but you get my point), so that's points for her.

Shiva is my favorite. Shiva's pretty, and "Diamond Dust" from FFX just sounds so...shiny. *w*

My favourite is still Fenrir from FFVI. I had the nerve to have it tattooed on my back in 1996 :PA few pixels can drive people crazy.

That would be either Eden FF8 or Bahamut Zero FF7; I hope that helps you some bit on clarifing your choice.I can't remember the name of this summon, but I think it was a metal dragon which fired a beam from outer space. The beam would blast the enemy monsters...I thought it was cool.

Personally I like the bahamut summons, but in terms of appealing, I must say my award goes to Leviathan FF9. Those colours... That shape... Aaaah!

My favorite had to be Ifrit. He was always the strongest summon in my team and one of the fastest to level up. Super useful when going into battles.

Bahamut has always had great summon sequences, but I liked Ifrit from FF7 at most.

All time favorite would have to be BahamutZERO from FFVII. Some honorable mentions include Anima, Ifrit, Odin, and Choco/Mog just because it was so humorous XP

I like bahamuthis mega flare overdrive in FF:X was sweet 
(did a search on him on wikipedia once and found that he was taken from an Arabian devil which is weird cause I'm Arabian and don't know such a thing ?! )

Omg i can't actually decide they were all great.Bahumut zero in FFVII was good, Doomtrain and Odin in FFVIII were awesome, Anima in FFX was absolutely brilliant but my all time favourite had Eden from FFVIII i just love that summon!Anyone notice in Kingdom Hearts 1 when you battle Sephiroth the intro is similar in ways to the Eden Summon?
