I rather liked the idea of pokemon fire red, that got the old game (which i personaly think rocked) and jazzed it up a bit!, I'd like the idea of a bit more 3D effect around it in the battle phase I also like the idea of you actually controling the pokemon,(i read that bit at the star of this topic), and yes, the pokemon actually touching each other would be a bonus .

3-d would be nice however the original game play style should be kept at first and slowly faded out. That way people can at least become use to the differences.

Yeah and a graphics upgrade is definately neededanyone got any suggestions on wot the next pokemon games could be called, and are they gonna release a diamond and pearl pinball?

if you were able to manually control your pokemon, like a sort of third person set-up, thatd be great! and i think you should be able to fly yourself, and land anywhere. also, every region should be on it and you should be able to catch all pokemon including the starters

pokemon d&p are gonna be awesome and it would be cool if they actually attacked each other looked beat up and stuff and you oculd control them and you oculd get any pokemon like deoxys in ruby and saphire without a gameshark

If Nintendo put in an evasion system, battles could take forever. They should also put in a feature which allows you to refuse a battle. Whenever I play a game, I'm always in a hurry and I don't like it when someone justs stops me in my tracks and demands a battle. They should also incorporate the contest and breeding things in the game, and not just winning the league. It would also be nice if you had to go through a tournament (like the pokemon league in the anime) before the Elite Four. They could also give you a choice over what path you want to take on your journey (trainer, co-ordinator, breeder, ranger) and base the storyline on that. It would be nice if you could get the majority of pokemon in the pokedex without having to trade.

It would be great if we could move the pokemon like in Monster Rancher Advance 2, to GBA...this rom is avaliable in this site...Its great!

me and my friend used to wish that the battle animations would be like the R/B openings.you would pick your attack and then you'd see the action sequence like the opening.

I want to catch all the pokemon in one game.I want to customize how the trainer looks like and how he or she throws the pokeball.

Not really. SD Cards can take up more than one gig these days. Plus the memory size of most pokemon games is not alot.that would be cool and all but it would take some gameplay out of it. i would say it would takle a lot of memory and cost quite a lot but yea it would even do if thjey could get the battle system of tales of phantasier on there

hey Tec2030 your idea of going from kanto to sinnoh is awsome that would make it last for agesplus another good idea is like in emerald where you could put berries into that thing in the safari zone you should be able to win special things that make it possible to catch any starter pokemon, because in the show you can find starters in the wild but in the game you should also be able to

the doging system would be a bit hard? mabey left and right trigger buttons or X Y B A buttons?because the touch screen would be for selecting things and the arrows would be for moving and thing so it would be a tad hard

I have a really good idea about the next pokemon game. Before telling you, does anyone play final fantasy III for the DS? ok, but anyways if you have the game, good, but no, bad. What if the turn based was in 3-D, when you see your pokemon when you select a move, it will change it's camera view when you see them see the pokemon attack just like FFIII(DS)

You should also be able to use a program to make your own chariter on the game then hook it up to your GBA or DS

you definatly need to be able to control your pokemon with the + pad eg. be able to make your attacks miss/hit

Meh I do hope the rest are on DS and I'm still waiting for diamond and pearl (when do they release in america anyways) but anywhom pokemon mystery dungeon was fun with moving around but i think pokemon is fun and has stayed alive with the turn based system it keeps the game simpler and i think younger players may get frustrated with aiming or an Action Battle System like mystery dungeon so I'd suggest adding soem tweaks here and there but dont go out and make an ABS or if they do make it like a restrictive ABS sort of like the medabot gba games.In the next pokemon games, hopefully on DS, i'd suggest putting in an aiming system, because if you attack a pikachus tail with electric, it dosent do anything, stuff like that. AND a dodging system sort of like the aiming system. If you press where they pressed to aim, it dodges. What do you think?---Emdudemanyguyperson
