I think there is gonna be a change in the battle system in the new pokemon games (Pokemon white and black 2010 in Jp 2011 in america)I really enjoyed the GC Pokemon games! Pokemon coliiseum was my fav.oh and i definetly agree with the all regions idea

I say that the 5th generation pokemon game is going to come out soon. I mean have you ever noticed that whenever a new game system comes out there will be a new pokemon game. The DSI XL is going to come out soon and I think that the game is going to be called Darkness Dusk.

Nope the game's name is black and white!they keep the one word title

better animation, having more specific animation for each pokemon during battle. be able to customise your person

I totally Agree with you.I want a caracter custumisaition, because I think Every trainer is Unique.

I'd like a MMORPG based on pokemon. Sort of like WOW.. But with pokemon.

At this point in time, Pokemon Black and White are coming out and honestly, I think they should have stopped with Diamond and Pearl and Platinum. It's a good way to keep the series going yeah, but at the same time you can tell that the company is running out of ideas. What they need to do to go out with a bang is make an epic journey where you can start out as Ash and travel to each region up until the very end of the series. If they even threw in parts of some of the movies, it would be really cool.

In my opinion the gameplay has been near enough perfected, however Nintendo will probably think of something cool and new to put in anyway. However I think the only thing they really can improve on is graphics, which in Black/White appear to be really good. The battle system is good and should stay turn based. (Look what happened to Final fantasy 13) My favorite idea is a proper 3d pokemon, by which I mean on a console. I dont want to steal pokemon like a mersysider steals car radios. The only reason they havent done this is because it would be so awesome nobody would want to buy another game. Ever.

I would say the perfect pokemon game would be for them to take all the regions and put them into one world, you pick which region you start with, and that effects what pokemon you choose as a starter, what pokemon you can catch early on, and how your pokemon are trained/raised, they could then intergrate more of an mmo idea, and you have the options after you win a couple of gym badges of course, to travel to the other regions. You wouldn't have to finish all the badges in one region, but at least have to one or two of them to take the ship, or train, or something like that to the next region. They could take one of these newer team rocket type npc's, and stories, intergrate all the legendaries and just finish off with a bang. I would play that game for a long time.. I still play pokemon emerald pretty hardcore to be honest.. so to see Rayquaza in all his glory going up again some of the other legendaries, with out having an AR or GS, would be pretty cool. And to choose where I am from based on the regions they have released could make for a very fun game.

It would also be neat if they had Delta species where u can change the type of your pokemon. :drool:

The next pokemon game will probably be a remake for ruby and sapphire or a new mystery dungeon. What I would like to see is a pokemon game which includes each generation

After HeartGold/SoulSilver, a Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald remake would make sense. I even got a name for it- Pokemon CourageRuby/WisdomSapphire or something like that.

I think they should add more stuff to pokemon games sure better attack sprites but will let you choose what your character will say and let you be the pokemon in the battle like decide to dogde or not orchoose to do moves in certain ways like on the show and stuff like that

One thing that absolutely needs to be done somewhere along the line:Nerf Stealth Rock. Make it the airborne equivalent of spikes. There's no reason why things like Butterfree, Charizard, Delibird and Articuno to be stripped of half their HP every time they want to switch in. That's just ridiculous.Compared to that problem, everything else is trivial, though evasion and OHKO moves do touch a nerve when they appear.
