I liked kh2 better, it just had more than the first one,you know, it finished the storyline, better graphics than the first. The first one was still good though.

I love Kingdom Hearts 2 for the story mostly. It is a lot more adult than Kingdom Hearts in my opinion. Another improvement that I think was made was in the fighting/movement system. In Kingdom Hearts it was so weird using the second joystick to move all the way down to the bottom of the menu to use a special attack or to use items. I really was happy how items can be on the shortcut bar in Kingdom Hearts 2. However my only problem in Kingdom Hearts 2 was how easy it is. I mean I actually have trouble playing Kingdom Hearts on Expert mode. In Kingdom Hearts 2 I never died on proud mode.

I like Kingdom Hearts 2 a lot better, for the story, the graphics, and the combat system. Also it is good that you dont have to go to the bottom of the selections to use reaction commands and examine or open objects.

I think the first one was definitely better. The second one could have been better but didnt do enough to incorporate the forms into the game.

kingdom hearts II seems better than kingdom hearts I. You get drive froms and all and the camera is easier to control with the right analog stick rather than using L and R

i loved the fighting in number 2but i have to say the story in number 1 was amazing....someone stole the first one from me so i couldnt finish it *cries* but they were both amazing

Kingdom Hearts II is better in my opinion, it's combat system was better, it's plot was deeper and it's over all look was more polished than the first

KH1 had all the good plotline, but KH2 had a better battle system as well as the reaction command which leads to movie-like cinematics!!! I found KH2 exilarating!

I personally liked KH1 overall better than KH2. The newer system was just too easy to beat some bosses and the magic was almost completely out of the picture. If I ever used magic it was only to heal, not to stop time or use Thundaga to kill a ton of enemies.This series truly has the greatest storyline of all time though!

I agree that KH2 was a lot easier, but it was also a lot more fun. I loved the reaction commands and the drive system, and the new items. I felt the biggest flaw with KH2 was the gummi ships. Overly complex, no incentive to replay the missions. I liked the gummi system on #1, especially after rescuing all the Dalmations and getting all the gummi parts.In KH2, I hate how in the beginning you don't get very many keyblades, then all of a sudden when you're revisiting worlds, you get like 5 at once. By that time, the only keyblades I was using was Oathkeeper (for drives), Sweet Memories (Lucky Lucky), and Guardian Soul (power + reaction boost).

KH2 is better for the game play and some of the story line.Kh1 is better for the storyline

The concept of KHI was so amazing and original, you could forgive some minor flaws, but KHII took number one and refined it, and made it beautiful and smooth, and everything good in the world.

preferred kh1...battles in kh2 were bit too easy & helped alot...altho did like the two keychains at once battles... :awesome:

Oh boy.... Kingdom hearts 2 is everything a sequel is about. Better game mechanics, introduction of new characters, bigger fights, more abilities, just every iota being improved. Story did make my head hurt, but everything inbetween made me smile. Except the ceepy fact Sora kept wanting to see Riku. Otherwise, great game. ^.^ KH was great too, but there were trying out too many things at once. Was it a platformer? an RPG? and adventure game? A minigame cimpilation? Who know? and that camera.... *facepalm*

Kingdom Hearts 2 had amazing graphics, the story was tied up and the game play was awesome. Best game on the PS2.
