Politoed and Togepi are not baby pokemon. My favorite is Tyrouge because he can evolve like Eevee into many different kinds of pokemon

I think that Elekid is a great baby Pokemon because I like his evolved form and the electric type.

i'd say pichu cuz their the cutest little pokemon under the sun and they turn into everyones favorite little pokemon pikachu.

I like Pichu because it makes the most sense. Elekid is sort of ugly. Magby is cute but really not necessary. Magmar is just one of those Pokemon that should be left alone and not have a pre-evolution or evolution (even though I know it has both). Togepi is worthless and it's evolved form can't do much either.
