SO getting it. I don't care about the damn BluRay (although it IS very very good....) I am just dedicated to the Sony Playstation and in love with all the great titles that they release. Everything about the Playstation makes me wanna giggle like a little 4 year old girl.... hehehhehe....I also want to add that... even though I have, shall we say, disliked the Xbox and everything it stands for for a very long time... I am begining to appreciate it a little more each day. So I guess Microsoft does deserve some credit. Pat on the back to ya'!

Although it may have some power they should have just put a regular DVD player in it or not have DVD playback. I think that would have made it smaller and pulled down the pricetag. I say...it should be shot in the man parts.

meh i guess i should be shot then for not getting one blu ray or not. if i want a HD movie experience, i guess ill get a HD DVD/Blu-ray player. one device that does one thing is better then one that does alot of things, common sense

you should be shot in the man parts because in about 3 years the whole world will be watching TV with a High Deff TV so if they did that then they would have to relese another console in 3 years time so it would work out more expencive and Blu-Ray players will be over $1000 at first relese so the PS3 is good value for moneyAlthough it may have some power they should have just put a regular DVD player in it or not have DVD playback. and you should be shot for thinking that everyone can afford HD tvs. open ur eyes and maybe u will see, that u are rich enough to afford such a luxury

Kind of funny. A co-worker of mine wants to get a Blu-Ray player but they're so expensive nowadays. He's looking at getting a PS3 just because it's a much cheaper alternative. He doesn't even play console games. Of course when he gets it I'm inviting myself over to give it a test run

Heck even i still have a 12 inch'er, kids these days. My parent won't get another tv, neither wud I it, doesnt change my breathing, i can live without it. Thats terrible thinking that I should be shot cause I cant afford it.

It's basically slightly crisper, like the difference between gamecube and wii, not substancial like ps2 and ps3 though.

obviously getting it for the gaming capabilities but being a blue ray player too its a good price...stupid xbox 360 has to make a add-on LOOOSERS they have to hulk around a huge box and a addon lmao

Yeah, really don't care about that Blu-Ray right now, maybe a few years down the track I will when it's the shizz and rules the entertainment world - but right now, not so much.

This site has ALOT of good games. this site is like real world. i wonder why you hate it. Actually he is right, b/c in 3 yrs the price of high def will have greatly diminished so therefore, you shouldnt bash him for acting stupid yourselfand you should be shot for thinking that everyone can afford HD tvs. open ur eyes and maybe u will see, that u are rich enough to afford such a luxury
