Brian Age has made me think a little faster. Plus, it gives you something to do at airports (the main reason I bought it).

i got better at reading lol i think thats about it ... i play brain age btw ... and it kinda hurt ur head afterwards

What I've noticed is that these games give you a serious brain workout. Now if they make you a smarter guy or not, thishas to be debated: I don't think so because they don't help you hink differently or act better, you only use your brain more efficiently. Efficient brain # smart guy.

i guess no one payed attention to the tutorial, the games arent meant to improve proficiency with task at all, all they do is increase your bloodflow to your brain which in turn add to that proficiency and helps rmember things better. bloodflow is as important to the brain as it is to your arms.

They probably don't make you smarter but they definitely help in some area of your brain.

the game makes you think more, but i dont think you'll become "smarter". yes true it can help you with things, but i mean come on, you can learn these things too.

I don't think these games make me smarter, but, dunno why, i found the concept really interesting. Kawashima was really fun, but, you know, when you see the reading test, i realized that it was somehow stupid, cause this meant that people are not used to read books....so, what i did, i took a book and began to read it....well, by now, i don't play often to kawasima ^^.

i think games like brain age increase your response time to simple math problems and by repeating small excercises like that over and over, your brain can process more information faster.

I think these brain games don't make you smarter in the sense of more knowledge, but I think that they help work your brain and keep it active. But definitely you need to keep playing the games consistently for the full effect but I don't really have the interest to play brain games. I'm sure other games work your brain too, but in a different way perhaps. Like solving puzzles and figuring out the next move to make in your games...

i belive that brain age makes your mind move quicker and your responce time hasen. just beacuse i'm always tired though makes it harder to play the game becuase my brain age is alwasy high.but my room mate does do a wounderful job and she is normally very slow at responce times.. honestly i think its on the person at the time with the level of sleep they have in there system.

actually yes i think they do! since u may answa the ame questions over and over but u do learn the answars eventually nad u get more knowloedge so perhaps they get u alittle smarter....
