thats stall and they have a right to hate that style. sure it is good but Its annoying if thats all the opponent does.rangerdude STICK TO THE TOPIC :shifty:pokeduderette be more specific :Drarehunter20003 your style is stallerEveryone hates myplaying style lol.1v1 I like to evade and counter, usually with Fox or Jigglypuff (Which I can never be cuz my brother stole him
)In the 4 player FFAs I like to do the same thing and just fight a little then run around and evade for items. Currently I'm the ebst player in the VS data but its so interesting because it usually changes every week :Doh and btw we prefer the original SSB so this isnt fro SSBM but close enough

your style is trickster and thats the funnest style to use if your playing against a beginner. yes there are many advantages and that makes it really good in a pinch or many other situations also there are holes in that style like fighting against someone with a sword but also if you fight someone with a sniper style (depending on how good they are) and/or if they have the same style.i try to use a fake out, goofy style with my main man Mario/Dr. Mario. I use backwards kicks when I'm expected to go forwards and I deflect people when they come back from ledges or when they're about to smash. I try to rack up the damage points as effectively as possible. The only prob is that both characters have bad reach, so I have to get in real close and "long-armed" characters, as i call them, have the advantage when I want to smash. Also, swords are very bad for me. I have to find a way to get around that weakness.
