when you name a character in a game?

I usually name mine male characters Dekari, Dekaro, or Dejari. And my female characters Nina and Holly

i use the name Oceanus, or Poseidon, because i like the greek water gods, and nereus got kicked out.

most of the time i use the natural name of the char but when i dont like the name or how the letters look i improvise it

I name all of the boys either a Japanese name or Luke/Lyte and all of the girls are usually Kaleigh or some Japanese name.

I name it water because i can never think of a good name so I just call it water.Or if they are cool or i like them or they are just really strong i name them my name.

If possible I would leave it the default name of the game but in some circumstance I would use my name and some name that I've pick for my son/daughter in the far future.

If there's a preset name then I usually use that.If not, something random. Recently I've been using food.

Well, i usually name my character with the name Julius or name of any other character in Tales of the world GBA

I never use the default name... Usually I name guys as Dennis or Caleb. For girls, it's usually Jade or Holly.

There are several games that you can name certain charecters , mostly in RPG's .so what do you name those charecters, (your own name , your favirote charecter, your nickname, or the defult name...etc)?I always name the charecter my name of course if it was a male charecter, or if there are multiple charecters you can name i choose the best one to name my name. B)

imame it konami in some games but other games i name differently like my name or i use company names

i named them after other characters from other places, like Arya, Thorn, Rukia, and so on... It really depends on what the game reminds me of... I never name them with my name its just weird.
