when you name a character in a game?

When I name mine I use the preset name from other RPG games like when I played FFX I named tidus Zidane from FFIX but if the game says that charcters name I leave on the preset cuz I dont lik it when I put a name and it shows the name i put but says a different name

I always use the preset names, since I get confused when talking about the games to my friends otherwise.

I usually use my name or my nickname. Sometimes I use any random name that I like though.

I usually give a character my name, though if there's a girl character I usually name her Melfina, or Nephenee

I usually use Frisco or Deddi (yes. for a dude).But I like Kiefer too and Furbert....I like that one. Haha!

I name the character with the default name,if there is no default name,I just think/make up a name.

Usually I keep the standard names for characters. It makes it a lot easier to discuss the game. The only exception I have is with games like the first Final Fantasy where the individual characters had no specific roles.

it depends, if it's a game like Zelda, I do the three-heart challenge with a nickname and the 100% game with the default name, except if the name would be really silly, out of place or plain queer (e.g. Marche, Marche and Marche)

I name every char my own, except for pokemon, when I name them Delphi.

I always name characters (in any game) Mien, or Mienboix2 (if it is an MMORPG game and the name Mien is taken)...
