I use the default name most of the time unles I just don't like it then I use one that sounds good to me.

Most of the time I just use default name form the game, except for Pokemon, I use my own name for that.

Usually i pick the default name if i like it, other wise i give guys a slavic name and girls a japanese name

sometimes it all depend on how much luck the name u take will give u .my luckiest character name was vasco but it was giving me only little luck so i changed 4 Grazer

bob. the single most used name i use in games. i have to say, i use it nearly all the time. when im bored, i just use "asdfghjk".

I either use Celderon in Rpg games or Cel for short, Vanz, or my japanese name Kyo I but it's mostly in every console i use it too

I either use Death Lee or Dead Lee seeing as how my name is Dave Lee I am partial to Dead Lee because if said in one breath it sounds like deadly quite clever if i do say so myself

If it's the main charachter (girl or boy) I name it Azariel, which is my nickname, if it's a partner charachter, I name it Loki, which is my friends nickname. I love Summon knight two because the guardian beast default name was loki (oni child).-jason-

most of the times i just put them the name of my favorite anime char in the moment unless they looklike someone else like in raganarok i named mine sephiroth bcuz they look like him

I preffer the default name, I choose default names since games have default names.... but if a profile is needed, LJ, Lord Javier or Lupus

I name my character Lycan or Alexander (Alex for short). I sometimes go for the girl characters because their cute. I usually name them by their original names or their names in their actual show (like anime) so I could feel that the game is following the flow of the original story.

I would leave the default names if they have any if not I would name them some name that I think fits them.

In most cases, the preset name. I only name if it is necessary to name the character. In those cases, I name the character Ryuji, for I like the Dragon thing... makes it look powerful! (My opinion!!)

The names I gave characters have evolved over time. I first came up with the name Legoen, which I gave any heavy armor wearing melee character starting back when I first played Dark Age of Camelot, and it stuck through quite a few other games. Lately I've been using the name Caellis for male characters in more fantasy-esque games, Maiyn for female characters in any game and Tachion for futuristic male characters.
