I usually use my name or the default name. Also in some games, if you use a specific name it unlocks cheats, so occasionally I'll use one of those names.

i usually name it Ratchet from transformers because he was always welding and thats what i do and for a rival some thing like dumbass or ckrackhoe to keep me laughing thru the game.

I usually choose the name Meneer Poef, witch is dutch for Mister Poof.Yeah I know, it's kinda dumb, but it's my favorite nickname.. x3

i name it in da most imaginitive way usually wid mi eyes closesThere are several games that you can name certain charecters , mostly in RPG's .so what do you name those charecters, (your own name , your favirote charecter, your nickname, or the defult name...etc)?I always name the charecter my name of course if it was a male charecter, or if there are multiple charecters you can name i choose the best one to name my name. B)

I just name the characters with the defult name, unless there is no orginal name (ex. FFI). I have no orginanality.

well it depends on what it is i mostly name them after my m8s and they chouse hu they want to be if you can name them , mostly on the final fantasy game, but other games like tony hawks i name the created people me and let my m8 make them selfs if they want to.

Usually the default name, when there isn't one I name them something that sounds like it could mesh with the enviroment of the game. So medivel games get medival names and such.
