I like the idea of having the older Mario Karts as well as a new game all in one and i hope Nintendo goes with it (but they wont, because they probably will release these on VC) but mario Kart would be hard to control with a wiimote and nunchuk, it may use the classic controller.

Since the wii is online, like the XBOX 360, people from around the world should be able to play with each other like in Mario Kart DS. That game wuz fun, too bad i lost it. I HAD 4,986 wins and 802 loses! Well... it did get boring after a while, same levels over and over again n' all.

I would say that the new mario kart game (once it comes out) would need:1. An aiming system: For the Green shells and the banana peels.2. Multiplayer, so you can compete with other players.That's pretty much it....... For now

Every generation since SNES had a mario kart gameSo, I think you guys shouldn't worry that much.Probably Super Smash Bros will also be this way: having a game per generation

The gameplay could be:-Wiimote to turn-A to Accelerate-1 to Brake-C to Drift-Nunchuck to throw itemOR-Joystick to turn-A to Accelerate-B to Brake-C to Drift-Wiimote to throw itemOR Gamecube GameplayIt will be fun to had a Mii Kart Option to play with our Miis.Characters: Maybe 8 at the beginning, but 8 others to unlock.

They'd better get the online gaming working better before Mario Kart comes out.It's coming along so incredibly slowly, I wouldn't be surprised if Mario Kart, which isn't even ANNOUNCED yet, would end up being the big maiden voyage of wii online, sort of like it was for ds.

Can't believe Nintendo is making Mario Kart wii, they give you a free steering wheel - based on E3. Hopefully, this game would surpass the other racing games because the handing is not that good.

Yeah, that new mario kart looks good as long as i can use a traditional control scheme (not the turning wiimote/wheel).

I am really looking forward to the online play in this version. Now that I have played the online version on the DS I really can't go back to the old way. Anyways it is looking like a good game.
