I voted for all, because if you only have one of the things stated as being good, then you have a cruddy game because everything else is crappy

Its definitly a combination of all those things that make a game good. For me though, it has to have a good storyline.

To me, graphics and controls are 50/50 in terms of importance. Who really needs a unique story? Sure, It'd be refreshing, but almost everything's been done already.

If a game has a boring storyline to it, the game has no appeal, if its just mindless boring rampaging through stuff its very hard for me to get through it cause it gets way too repetitive.

What makes a game good, is the explosive storyline. The storyline first starts off slow...it leads you into it, draws you into it, makes you so hooked, your on the edge of your seat the entire game. Then at one point the storyline explodes and is still explosive until the end when the game finally ends.

Exactly! graphics doesnt matter; take final fantasy 7. The graphics were only good in battle, but the storyline! Oh, i could've died from anticipation (or from slitting my own throat at how long I was taking to progress further into the game), It had one of the most explosive storylines I have ever seen...

for a game to be good, it needs to have good graphics, can't be a game which you can beat easily, a good plot, and challenging.

A good game has everything. A decent game has mostly everything, and a sucky game is a cry for help by developers.

I picked all of them, but I think the main elements of a good game are characters you can relate to, an epic storyline, relatively decent graphics and a decent length with other things that stray from the main storyline.
