I never really played the game but I heard that is it 1 of the most underrated games in the same group as Phenix Wright. It came out, no more than 50 people buy it. Then the other people see that, hear that it is good, and than popularity spreads. Because they are both really good, but underrated games.

Trauma Center is awesome..spot on..exactly what a ds game should be, it uses the ds touch screen to its full potential and the games stays interesting and challenges..plus..how cool to cut people up and stitch them back together...

I've never played this, but I've played my friends for the Wii, and it was inredibly fun and addicting. I hope someone gets it for the DS because I am lower middle class.

Trauma center is an awesome game. it makes great use of the DS lite stylus, and the storylin eis good too. the graphics are nto bad at all, and the game is great in terms of keeping your interest and its challenging.

i have the wii version which is pretty sweet. I'm looking foward to trying the ds version soon. I think it will be a lot easier with a touch screen than with a remote...

Ahh I loved the DS version. The last chapter was a pain though, and I was never able to beat the last mission.

this game is alright, luckily there is a trainer out for it, so if you use it on your flash cart you can cheat like crazy but yes this game was pretty fun, it reminded of me of operation.

I just have two minor gripes with this game. First, it is sometimes not very obvious what you are supposed to do. I don't mind a bit of trial and error, except for gripe number two, which is that if you botch an operation you have to start over from the beginning. I would have appreciated checkpoints put into the game. There are certainly obvious places they could have been inserted as in the places where vitals are reset.

i thought the game was amazing. but i couldnt play it for long periods of time. i had to play like an hour at a time, cause some of the cases were quite tedious.
