This is actually my favorite game on the DS. They really need to make a sequel. Also, this game has cost me three screen protectors. I'm lucky I haven't broken my touch screen on it yet.

i like this game too and i cant pass that particular stage!!!! so angry! the part where u got to stop bleeding and then remove the glass from the heart! grr

this game is awesome but i on my computer the later missions got kinda hard. then again the third one in the series was really fun.

i always liked this series. im planing on buying them all once i get the cash for it. under the knife is the best i think of them all.

Like the game but finding it very difficult (3rd level and I can't seem to work fast enough! lol)But as games go its very original style. Think operation but on the DS and with plenty of different tools.Rating: 7 out of 10 (Points deducted for difficulty)

My favourite operation is that 5 Kyriaki patients in 10 minutes (I think the episode is called "Under the Knife"). This is a unique game and awesome at the same time.

I like this game a lot but i can't get past the part where you wanna train your concentration and you need to draw a star i only get to one third or somethinganybody a hint?

It can be frustratingly difficult at some parts but it's a really unique concept and the graphic + story aren't too shabby at all.

This game is easy annd fun on a real DS but on an emulator its pretty hard.

Oh, that's a very good game, indeed. My brother spends hours playing it, and because of it I can't sleep properly...Anywhat, it's challenging and fun, and even surprising sometimes.My thumbs up for Trauma Center!
