Uhh, Ultemecia sucked. Out of the options you listed, I think FFVIII and FFX-2 bosses were stupid because they had no story to them that built them up. There was no depth that made the players feel like they were real opponents. It was awful.Sephiroth wins, hands down. I think Seymour admits that.

not wanting to spoil anything but he has the same overdrive as tidus in FFX......... And sephiroth is the best was his cool long hair any wicked sword masamune aslo the name of a japanese blacksmith...... I thinkI would go with Shu-yin. His overdrive rocks!

Septhrioth owns all the other FF bad guys in the game. <_<Not to mention, he's friggin hard to fight against even in KH 1 and 2.
