Okay so now the movie already has come out and I didn't see it, but I hear it was pretty bad....I dunno myabe if you were a true Eragon fan you kight have liked it.

Your kidding me brom was killed by the razac not durza The thing that annoys me the most is Zaroc Has A sapphire in it's hilt not a rubyThe movie was crap. It had almost nothing to do with the book, except for Brom's death, and some of the locations in the book were completely deleted from the movie!

I've read both Eragon and Eldest and seen the movie Eragon. The books were poorly written and derivative. That said, there are worse ways to detox your brain after final exams. The movie was much better than the books largely because they took out a lot of unecessary things that, in my opinion, cluttered the narrative. I was able to enjoy the movie as a straightforward adventure story.

I thought the movie was terrible. The script was so poorly written and the actors were sub-par. The only half decent thing in the whole film was the animation, and that wasn't even that special.

Mmm, I heard the movie didn't bring the book justice so I didn't watch it. I usually don't watch movies like that if I've read the book anyway.. it usually ruins it for me. I am going to watch Twilight when it comes out though. (by Stephenie Meyer)

I agree.My friend who didn't read the book thought it was good but i felt it was terrible.As a movie: good.Based on the book: Bad.

worst movie ever!!!!! so dissapointing....... ....it should have been realllllly long like the lord of the rings!!!! it was rushed and u didnt see much of the landscape u could picture in the book

Nawww its not good at all. Firstly eragon isnt a blondie second of all they skip everything. I understand the movie's gotta be shorter but everything was messed up.
