Lol, I remember it. I played it over at a friend's house, he had one. It's amazing how simple the innards of those lil' suckers are. If any of you all are curious, I have this page here which I found recently, shows it only contains like three chips. (CPU, Display Chip, and Link Cable chip). Here's the link:http://verhoeven272....t...n

I still have the original gameboy. Yes, it is thick, which is why I stopped using it, the gameboy advance is better in portability size, heck even the gameboy color was a lot more thin.

the original gameboy compared to its competition was much better battery life, cheaper, had better games and was smaller.

I have seen a played one before along long time ago. Today's handheld gaming systems sure are growing fast. Looking back on the original Gameboy just seems so plain and boring. It has no colour too it and just has 4 buttons and a control pad.

I still have my original one somewhere at my parents house. My brother was just talking about it a few weeks back. But they live in another state. Maybe next time I go back i should try and find it. BlankI just talked to my brother a minute ago and he says he even still has his original Atari with those paddles for playing Pong. Damn we're gettin old (me and my brother that is)

Someone here has seen nothing older than an N64? How sad! I remember when my family used to have an Intellivision! We always called it the Atari, but I distinctly remember the number pad controllers. I have an aunt who has an ancient pong/hockey game system. This had to be even older because it didn't have slots for cartridges. Too bad I can't remember what it's called. I'll have to find out next time I go over there.

Heck yeah I've seen it. I held onto mine long after the GB Pocket came out, and even up until the GBC. Of course, time took it's toll and the big hunk-a grey eventually broke. I finally got a Pocket which I still have. The Grey Box will always be my favourite GB

I once owned one of those!I always liked to play the super mario bros on that thing. but the only thing i did not like was that the game boy required four double Abatteries to run.
