I heard this was pretty awesome, but I also heard theres a lack of the usual morons on xbox live on this. Thats just a miracle if they're right

I was definitly going 2 get it since I saw it on E3, but is it really better than Halo?I don't know yet because I haven't played it but some people are telling me that it is.Halo

It is better than Halo 2. But stuff I've heard about Halo 3 might top it. But then again they are two diff types of games. Halo is First Person Shooter and Gears of War is third person. Soooo yeah...

If I had to pick a game that is the 360 seller, other than Halo 3, it would be Gears of War. Beat this game, and it is awesome.

I got this game because my friend Stephen told me about it and that he said i better get it. so Ive been playing it and it`s has good game play not to mention good visual effects such as the rain (most realist looking rain I've seen in a video game) the only problem is that me and my friend cant connect for some stupid reason.

You canīt connect if a game room is already full. EVERYBODY BUY THIS GAME!!! I think tihis is THE GAME...Excellent graphics,excellent sound, easy but-complete control, excellent story mode(not too short, not too long) very good multiplayer, very nice music and voice acting, and a loong etc. It may have some issues, like connecting sometimes to an online gameroom, and some minor bugs(using the chainsaw), but, what the heck? This game is awesome on Single-player though it is abit on the short side.The multiplayer is fun for abit, but it gets boring fast, only 8 people max allowed in a room and not much different modes to play around with.I wish there is more modes available for download through patches released by epic games or something :/

I'm definetly going to get this game, It looks amazing, I am asking for it on my birthday, and can't wait if it as good as I have been told, and as good as some of you are saying, I won't be leaving the console for quite a while.

i played this game but only played the campaign for about 10 minutes and from what i experience i didnt like it but then me and my friend played online and had a blast sooo for the multiplayer alone this game is worth getting. im sure once i play it more ill enjoy the campaign

i also want to play gears of war and swing with that chainsaw ! but i can`t ! cause i don`t have a 360 yet :'( but i wil have 1 when it`s cheaper so i have some money left for gears of war

maybe u shouldnt compare it to halo at all. jus try it and see it as the game it is. we cant expect all games to live up to the halo franchise. the game has its own values. i dont mean to sound all dr phil with video games but u know. loli must get it... but i dont think it's as good as halo though...
