First of all, make sure you converted it correctly (you selected the right save types).Second, make sure the ROM name and the save file name are EXACTLY the same (ignoring file extensions. eg. .sav or .nds).Third, place it in your Battery folder. (also if you have a save file for the game already in the battery folder, you can Copy that name and paste it on the new save file then replace the first one with the new one).Try it like that and tell me if it worksCan i get more detailed info on how to use a save? I took a pokemon pearl save, converted it, and put it in my battery folder. When i start the game, i find my old saved file. What happened to the one in the Battery then? I'm just too confused

This add nothing so it is spam. There is a pinned topic where you can get 2.6a.

Now to your edit, I am assuming your talking about the Megaman Starforce:Leon/Dragon/Pegasus. Right now, it works best on no$gba 2.6 as stated by Ody in this post. No$gba 2.6 can be downloaded from main site of no$gba for free. You said that you tried Between Unlimited MHZ Disaster 10% and 50% respectively and it is too fast or too slow. You can try the other options to see which one will work best on your PC. You can try RealTime*1.5, Auto or RealTime*2, Auto. If it is still too fast than, there is nothing much you can do.1. How to Use No$gba?[list][*]STEP 1: Download the emulatorThe latest version of No$gba can be found here. Download the latest version, then create a new folder and extract the emulator therein.......[*]You can find the save type at PocketHeaven or at dualscene.[*]If the information is not available, try all possible save types until you find the good one (tip: EEPROM 64KBytes is the most used as of yet, start with this one).

First of all check if you've got no$gba 2.6a, because this is the latest version (download it from the pinned topics or from the first page). If you do have 2.6a, then you should try to change the 3d renderer. I don't know if this is the problem because you I don't play the game. Ah well, go to options--> emulation setup and look at 3D renderer, it should be NOCASH at 2.6a by default. Try to change it to opengl or none. You'll notice it at once if it has any effect. If it doesn't, then try to download from this site if you haven't done it. If all of this doesn't work, then it is the emulator, just wait for a new version of no$gba to come out (which probably won't because the latest version is from April '08). So with other words try to play it without the cursor working. And last but not least, try using Ideas (also located in the pinned topics). I hope this helps you out! (on a side note: it does work with most flashcarts)I'm trying to play Jump Ultimate Stars for NDS using No$gba 2.6a, the game for the most part runs OK, but in the main screen, the "cursor", when placed over various options, looks pixellated and bizarre (it's supposed to look like a circle). Is this a problem with the ROM, emulator, or even my hardware? (I don't know what the problem is with, and that's why I put this post in this thread; sorry if this is not the right place to put it; the search feature also doesn't seem to be working, so I couldn't check if the problem was solved before already)

I stated in my prev. post, I already do have 2.6a, yes.First of all check if you've got no$gba 2.6a
I tried all this before I posted here... On a note though, when I switch from OpenGL to nocash, the game is visible, but when trying to do the opposite, both screens turn black (but audio can still be heard) and I'm forced to reset. Does this mean anything... ? Plus, the game isn't 3D to begin with, so are 3D settings at all relevant? If you do have 2.6a, then you should try to change the 3d renderer. I don't know if this is the problem because you I don't play the game. Ah well, go to options--> emulation setup and look at 3D renderer, it should be NOCASH at 2.6a by default. Try to change it to opengl or none.
It's way too slow for me. But thanks for the help. And last but not least, try using Ideas (also located in the pinned topics). I hope this helps you out! (on a side note: it does work with most flashcarts)

Change the emulation speed if you think the emulator is too slow, you can access it trough options--> emulation options, the default is realtime, but you can mess with the option and see what happenshaving problem with dragon quest 4 this plays fine on no$ 2.6a the music is a bit fidgety now and than however as soon as you get to the world map the game slows to a craw emulation says its at 44%l! any settings that can fix this etc?? or do i just have to put up with it? and for the record its not my computer cos its a godly machine
1. Are you sure you set the 3d renderer to nocash? because is reported to be working, you can access it via options--> emulation options and look at 3D renderer it should be nocash by defalut. If you don't see this selection you don't have 2.6a as you claim2. Dunno didn't hear anything about that, but I think it was the version of no$gba....3. This is normal for final fantasy IV, the emulator has some problems with certain texts, just like mmzx: advent and some other games. The best advice is to wait for a new version of no$gba to come out.Hi there. i dont know if it has been already answered but the search engine is down so ill post ... - DQ isnt working well ... i have sound but no images at all ( exept for the starting menu ) - i downloaded the Bios rondo of swords was crashing ( no bios rom image ) but now i dont have the crashing message anymore but its still not working because the screen stays black and nothing happens. -I tried FF IV and the text is sketchy also... no$gba crashes on some cutscene anyone having the same problem ?(quote edited for convenience)
