1. about gba slot, 4 some games, a GBA slot is needed to open some secret/cheats, can we do this with no$GBA?No2. about save file, i used auto on my save file setting when i use no$GBA, and i have some problem in saving game for mysims, the data was just said "got some error" and it must be deleted, so i just play it from the start over and over again, can u help me?So, it happend more than 1 time? You could try using another save type. Not all games work perfectly with Auto save type yet. Or you could try saving in another save slot. That trick works with Rune Factory.3. u said, "tip: EEPROM 64KBytes is the most used as of yet, start with this one" but i use auto as i state it above, so which is better? 64KBytes? or auto setting?Not all games work perfectly with Auto save type yet. Some games still require the save type.

I've recently got a PS3 and have been using the SIXAXIS controller as a PC gamepad. I was wondering if there is a way for the emulator to use the D-pad rather than the left analog stick. When I went into the Controls Setup, there wasn't an option for it. Sorry if this was asked before, but the search function isn't working.

With this emulator can you link GBA games to NDS games? Like with Pokemon Pearl can you link Pokemon Emerald to it so you can migrate your Pokemon to the Sinnoh region?

No. This feature hasn't been added yet. If you really want pokemon from other region in your pokemon nds, try hacking the save file.

ok thanks for thee quick reply for my first question but now, i got another onewhen i saved my diamond i used the save function in game and then i right-clicked and press save state and saved it.now my problem is: when i try to open it it says "the rom-image has craSHED"

NDS emulators do no support save states. Just save in-game.

ohhh i see but when i saved in game... it didnt save :(hmmm amy i know who is editing it for the answer so i can adress it to them

The game saves fine if you're under the automatic save type.

Hey everyone,I just downloaded megaman starforce and found out that I couldnt save, normally that wouldnt be such a problem I would just use custom saves. But those dont work on n$gba so can anyone help me and tell me how to fix the your unable to save thing?thank you

Yup downloaded it a few weeks ago, it goes to the save scren but then just freezes at initilaising(hard word to spell) back up data:o okay..I think my version might have been corupted I just downloaded the new version again using the dgemu link and now it does work >< weird..either way thank you very much for your help and bringing me to trying to download it again. NOw Im off to play :(

If you have it on auto and it's not working, set no$gba for the save type FLASH 512KBytes, as Megaman Star Force has a FLASH 2Mbit save type on real carts.Edit: Tested with Star Force - Dragon, and it works just fine for me with Auto in 2.6a.

Move the save file from the battery folder to a new folder. Restart no$gba and try game again.If it saves, that it was your old save file that was causing the problem.If it does not work, when did you get the Pokemon rom?In the past, the only way to get it to work was to patch the rom. But now with the no$gba ver2.6a , you do not need the patch.If you still have the unpatched version, use that.

Hey everyone, I was told to post my problem in this section instead. I was playing through Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood europe version using no$gba v2.6a and on chapter 5 where I just beaten the guardian boss near the cannon, and I was shown a cutscene where Sonic and crew got shot down from their ship and landed on an island. The problem I have is that after reading on gamefaqs walkthrough it says you automatically switch to Sonic's team on Angel Island after beating the boss, which however I did not and instead I was still stuck with Tails and Eggman on Metropolis. I have tried exploring every possible place I can possibly imagine and I have still not yet change to Angel Island. Is this a rom error or have I no completed something to move on? I hope I am just missing something because if it is due to rom error that I'm stuck, it would mean I have to restart the whole game again which I really do not wish to do. Any help at all will be deeply appreciated and thank you in advance.

Mic Problems,I'm using No$GBA 2.6a and I need to use a mic for the game, I've downloaded audacity but I don't know how to use it? can someone help with setting it up? I've looked at the picture but my menu bar bit is greyed out and I can't click on it, so what do I do?, many thanks to whoever can help me

According to this post, this is a problem that has no solution at this moment.

I know that another member suggest a different method. Not sure why your menu bar is greyed out. You can try this suggestion:

There is an easier way to change the mic options w/o downloading Audacity.. Go Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Volume Control.There go to the options dropdown menu and click properties.Switch adjust volume to recording and simply check the box under stereo mix :waaa:

Hey It's Me Again, OK I want to save Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2 But When I press select nothing happens.I'm Using NO$GBA 2.6a with BIOS and Fireware, Can anyone suggest what is going wrong??????

NO$GBA is lagging really bad, allot on phantom hourglass. Any fixes? I tried messing the emulator controls, but if i put no shading or whatever the screen goes blank and also 2 bit or whatever will make the emu go blind but i can hear the backround musicalso because i edited the settings i restarted NO$GBA but there comes a error and i cant edit the settingslast question i dont have a mic but for example i want to play nintendogs and i need to call the dogs name how do i do that?Sorry for the noobiness, lol.
