Is it possible to emulate a pokemon trade in Pokemon Platinum (so I can get a Machamp or Steelix)? If so, how?I'm using no$gba 2.6a.

No. The only thing you can do is use Pokesav to give yourself a Pokemon you want. You can't link DS to DS or DS to GBA in no$gba.

The only thing you might consider to do is that if you own a flashcart you can put the rom and the save on your micro SD (don't forget to convert your save first!) and then trade the pokémon and then putting the save back in the proper folder.Saves of no$gba are kept in the BATTERY folder which is in the same folder as no$gba.

When I try to use Action Replay codes for Pkmn Platinum. My game freezes. They all worked fine until after I use the 100% Capture rate code. As far as I know, after that, all of my games freeze when I activate AR codes.

Pokemon Platinum question.Nothing saves, every time I turn the game on, as in double-clicking the No$gbav2.6a win.rar and then double-clicking the NO$GBA.EXE file, I have to start all over again. It's not just the game, the settings (emulation, controls) that I changed are all reset to default.

The game has an anti-piracy measure that will prevent you from saving, there's a cheat out to bypass this anti-piracy. Read this: http://gbatemp.net/i...howtopic=142974

So I tried to play Lux-Pain, and when the characters begin to talk their mouth animation isn't aligned together, making the 2nd frame of the talking animation appear above where their mouth location is. Anyway, attempting to try and fix, I discovered that by changing to the opengl 3D renderer it aligns it properly because for some reason the nocash 3D renderer stretches the picture, causing the misalignment. With the opengl 3D renderer, the game moves to slow to actually play, so I was wondering if there is anyway to fix this. Also, I tried downloading everything again already, just in case there was something messed up, but that didn't work, and I'm using no$gba 2.6a.Any help will be greatly appreciated.[edit]Also, I would like to add that if anyone has it working completely can you at least tell me, so I at least know its possible to fix.

Did you try to set the emulation speed? To change it you need to load a rom with no$gba and go to options-->emulation options. There will be a dropdown box that says emulation speed and mess a bit with it and press ok. If you want to save this setting after startup you need to go to options--> save options. You can also try using no$wtt, it can speed up and slow down no$gba download it from here: http://www.dgemu.com...ams-no-gba.htmlTo use it start up a rom with no$gba and then start up no$wtt. You can then set the start and stop times to slow it down or speed it up. You can also use no$wtt and the speed settings of no$gba, although you may mess up some things by doing this though....

i tried all the speed, and it's all the same. Some of them a lot worse...does the percentage mean the quality of the rom or graphics?

The percentage has to deal with how fast the game is going compared to normal speed. Your results will vary depending on your computer's capabilities. A weaker computer in terms of processor speed and RAM will mean a slower emulator.

Game works fine with me and saving too. You probably have an older version of no$gba, download the latest version (2.6a) and it will save. If it still doesn't you need to start up a rom with no$gba and go to options-->emulation options and set the nds Backup type to auto and press ok, to save the setting go to options--> save options and reset the game and it will probably save. If it still won't save you need to set the save-type manually, you can use a site from the first page to search up the right save-type. Set the right save-type and start up the game, this way it will work for sure (don't forget to change the setting the everytime you start up no$gba and resetting the rom, because if you don't you will not be able to save)

Remember that while Pocketheaven is listed in Kbits, no$gba uses KBytes, which is NOT THE SAME.EEPROM 4Kbit = EEPROM 0.5KByte.Either that or just use no$gba 2.6a and set it on auto.

I wonder, has the Fire Emblem ROM been fixed yet or are there still problems with that. As I have not touched mine in a while.

Given that no$gba hasn't had an update in 2 years, the answer is...probably not.

^^ It also lets you play World Ends With You without needing that extra program. Also I have found NGZoom to boost speed somewhat, and even better is it unlike the NDSx2L or whatever NGZoom does NOT need OpenGL in order to work, so really NGZoom works on ANY system, plus you get the ability to have full screen, make either the top or bottom screen smaller and the opposite one bigger, you can turn it on its side, etc.

People of DGEmu, I give you...NO$Zoomer.http://forums.ngemu....pack-0-2-a.htmlAn excellent utility which does what the modern No$GBA zoomers do (including cure certain emulation problems) and more (like emulating the top and bottom screens in separate windows).POINTS were deducted for this post by Falk von KronbergPlease refer to the forum rules to find out why your points were deducted.
