Where can i find compatibility list?

See: http://www.dgemu.com...howtopic=174892

The topic post says that no$pmp works on FFIV, but when I tried it, it said it wasn't compatible. Help?

It works.Steps I did to let it work:1. Download the US (U) version of the ROM off DGEmu. Apparently the (E) version doesn't work.2. Download No$GBA v2.6a of course, from the pinned topic in this subforum.3. Download the latest No$pmp v0.38 from here (from the first post of this thread)4. Download hmemory.lzh from here, the file's uploaded by me for less messiness. :rolleyes:5. Using WinRAR, extract the files from the No$pmp and the hmemory.lzh.Find "Hmemory.dll" inside hmemory.lzh, and MAKE SURE THAT IT'S IN THE SAME FOLDER AS No$pmp.exe.6. Use No$gba to open the FF4 ROM.7. Double-click on No$pmp.Should work now. ^_^

This might be just me, since i do have an 8-year-old computer, but when u play 3-D games, such as Final Fantasy: Rings of Fate and Spore Creatures, does it tend to REALLY lag? If it's not an issue with you and you happen to be using a computer that's more advanced than mine, I'll take that into consideration. Please post soon

Pkmn Heart Gold and Soul Silver I think need an action replay code to prevent freezing. The patches give you a code to prevent freezing. My guess is a new code was needed to work with the patch...not that I'm going to use it. Couldn't get the patch and patcher to work right so I said screw it.EDIT: Here's the code for Heart Gold, it seems to work better than that other one, rather it works with out the freezing, I don't know yet. If it works I'll get the one for Soul Silver and post it.020DD9E4 E1A00000020D3820 E1A00000

I tried playing Bakugan in No$ 2.6a, but I'm unable to initiate any battles once they come around. Specifically, I can't launch a bakugan when instructed to do so and thus cannot proceed in the game. Has this happened to others and/or does anyone know how to fix this?Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.PS I hope I'm posting in the right section, I believe this is the thread that was referred to in similar previous topics. Please let me know if I am in the wrong here.

Is this in Arena, Story or Tutorial, also did you play the tutorial and have selected the Bakugan ball and then you are on the launch system and can't get it to work ??

Yes, that's exactly it. I'm in tutorial and can't get the ball to launch. I also tried in arena and story mode (the tutorial battle in the beginning with Dan) and the same thing happened ;)

I'm playing Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky on No$GBA 2.6a, and I'm having saving issues. It allows me to save the game once, but if I try to save the game at any point after that one time, the save will fail and it will corrupt the save I already have. I tried the methods listed in the first post, but nothing I did could get it to work. =/ I'm guessing there is no known way to make it save more than once without corrupting the file? None of the other games I've played (even Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness) have this issue.(I hope this is the right place to post this. :gs:)

Hmmm, I was using NDSxGl2 (or whatever the correct spelling is, you know what I mean). I'll try and get NGZoom and see how that works. Thanks for the tip!Update: I tried ngzoom and it works perfectly- thank you! Although I have to say, Dan is a horrible partner, I'm totally carrying our team (and he's ranked third!).

For some reason, I can't get Megaman ZX to save, I don't know if its my emulation settings or the rom itself (it was blue in the WinRAR menu you). What do should I do.

You're probably not using the latest version of no$gba, because it works fine if you use the default settings with version 2.6a. No$gba 2.6a can detect your savegames automatically, so you can save without meddling with the save-type options. You can download 2.6a from the pinned topics. To maintain saves from one version to another, run 2.6a once with a rom, copy the files from the BATTERY folder from the old no$gba to the 2.6a BATERY folder.Another thing could be that you're running a zipped rom, because you mentioned using winrar. It's recommended to extract the file and run the .nds file instead of running a .rar file, because no$gba has problems with running games from a compressed file.If the above really didn't work your download could be corrupt (which I highly doubt) or it was a bad dump, meaning that it came from a site that didn't convert the game into a file properly, which makes your game buggy. Try redownloading your game and see if it works.

I think I'll assume the same thing, for now... =/

Play on no$gba 2.6a, unrar the file, and set the save type to auto - it works just fine, as long as your ROM is good.

I tried playing WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 (E) on No$GBA2.6aThe singles matches work fine. But when I try to play Story mode, after the confirmation screen, the screen just goes black and nothing happens. I can hear music in the background but can't do anything.I followed all steps as per the instructions.

I've done all that. I checked specifically to make sure it was 2.6a, the ROM file was unrarred to start with, and the save type is set at Auto. The game will save once, and then it'll fail no matter how many times I try. To get it to save again, I have to delete the save from the Battery folder -- but then I'll have to start over.Guess I'll just have to download the game from the site again and hope for the best.

Hmm, did you try re-downloading the ROM from DGEmu yet?At this stage it is best to just try all possible solutions. This is an unlikely, but still possible one.(edit: whoops sorry, didn't see your edit)Another one:Try NGZoom or No$Zoomer. By right they shouldn't really help with saving your game (to my knowledge they're mainly there to improve emulation performance and provide some nifty features), but there's no harm trying them, if you said that you really followed the solutions by shadowman and vg.If all else fails just download and use the latest version of DeSmuME (from here: http://www.dgemu.com...howtopic=68847)DeSmuME has the added functionality of save states which No$gba doesn't have, and which can negate the savegame problem =)Note: Make sure that your machine supports SSE/SSE2, else it won't work.

Hmm, redownloading the ROM didn't work either. :spiteful: It did the same thing (saved once, then refused to save again), so I'm guessing its an issue with the ROM dump. It runs fine on DeSmuME, so I think I'll just use that and save state throughout the game. Thanks for the help.

@sottal: Whoops, looks like we kinda overlooked ya!Try No$Zoomer or NGZoom, such utilities improve the performance of the NDS emulation, including the prevention of such black screens (details on their download are on the first post as always).@SilverMagi: I really, really don't think it's a problem with the ROM dump, if you did get the ROM from DGEmu (but of course you did, didn't ya? :spiteful:)Especially since:1. If it was a bad dump we would have many, many complains about it from our members (knowing their type) by now. As it is only you seem to have a problem with it, for some strange reason...2. If it was a bad dump you wouldn't be able to play it on DeSmuME either!Just to be safe I'm gonna download the ROM and test it out, will get back to you after this.Edit: Hmm, it's taking too long to progress through the game, sorry, so I won't test the in-game save. But know that if it was a bad dump, no emulator would be able to play it.

No, it still doesn't work. I tried the No$Zoomer and it doesn't work. The screen still remains stubbornly black. What do I do now?

Ha ha! Yeah, it does take awhile to reach the first opportunity to save, which is why when I started over a few times to check if the save would work, I would set the Emulator Speed to "Unlimited MHz Disaster, 10%" just to speed through it. I'm just more puzzled by why it would save once in the game and then never again.

I'm having a problem with DBZ Attack of the Saiyans, in the first dungeon (Training Ground), there is a graphics issue, where the whole screen is like a black smoke, when I go into a battle I see the ground layout. It's kind of annoying trying to play as though everything is a secret passage. Was wondering if there's a fix for this, using no$gba v. 2.6a(same problem with/without no$zoom). I know it's not out yet on dgemu, but i got it from another site.
