I think the No$GBA topic should be updated because i have the emulator and have yoshis island DS fully working, along with both pokemon games, though they can be slow on older computers( mine is 2003) so if you guys can plz update it

Please read carefully the first post and the pinned topics before making such statement.

Final Fantasy 3 works for me but the loading time after battles and in battles takes around 5-10 seconds.Though battles is sluggish when fighting bosses and outside map is laggy. The 2d maps arn't laggy.

Quick question about No$gba and window resizing. Not matter what I do i cannot seem to resize the window. I see the resized silhouette when dragging, but the moment I release the mouse button it doesn't resize. Even after modifying the settings under emulation options: Force Aspect Ratio & 50% scale, I get nadda. With either one on, both on or both off the same thing occurs. Even thought of editing the ini file but there wasn't much I could do.The question is: How do I resize the window using No$gba?

Use NDS2XGL utility (I'll add the link later if the author agrees, for now, just google it).

However, I remember reading somewhere that it is a tad unstable - which means you'll probably have to stick with this screen size until the emulator gets better.

Well that site didn't help me out with chocobo tales in particular, but I found that using EEPROM 64KB makes the game playable for anyone who's interested. Thanks for your help ;D

I have just a few questions for no$gba:
  • Can you resize no$gba?
  • Is no$gba compatible with Nintendo Wi-Fi connection?
  • Is there any way you can "blow"? (Like in Nintendogs, where you are blowing up a balloon)
  • Microphone support?
  • Is there any way you can load a DS game and a GBA game at the same time? (Like in Pokemon Diamond & Pearl, where if you insert a Pokemon GBA game, you can find more kinds of Pokemon in the wild)
Thx!

How on earth are we supposed to know that?Eventually I am hoping that most games will work perfectly on no$gba or another DS emulator. no$gba has made a lot of progress so far and maybe once version 3 comes out it will play 50% or more of DS roms. All you can do is wait...

The compatibility list is outdated. Most games work on No$gba today.

I don't think "Most" is the right word...So far I have only found one game (Digimon World DS) that runs perfectly fine on no$gba. The others all have atrocious lag. I don't know if this is just my computer or not but i'd say it probably isn't considering al the parts in my computer are less than a year outdated.

I think "Most" is the right word due to the fact I tested all roms and most of them do actually work with normal speed and save support.

I can't get either of them to stop lagging so bad I cant play them :Pso digimon world ds saves fine at eeprom 64 ?It did for me... However writing snapshots will crash the rom so don't try that.

AW has graphical glitchs and FF3 runs slowly. But these are among the rare that don't work correctly. Actually many games on DS are small Japanese games that runs perfectly. For big games, we cannot say as much but even though, most of them runs at least with save support even if some of them lags by moments.

Hmm... could you get AW to run at full speed when in a mission? It was going fine on menu but it just slowed down a ton during the mission (plus one graphical glitch)
