Luminous Arc's save type is FLASH 256 KB.Download this file and extract it:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1JTSIMS4I put inside all the files you need except the rom. Extract the rom you downloaded from the links I provided and put it in the SLOT sub-folder. Then open No$gba. I have set all the settings for you, that should work now. If not, then there is a problem with your computer that I can't solve.

May I know, what is the different when I put my rom on the SLOT sub-folder than I put the rom on a folder with the emulator.

I actually realize now that the game runs to fast rather then to slow but when I change the speed to half speed the sound just ends up going messed up!!! so either I run the game two fast with right sound or normal speed but sound is to slow!!! Is their a way to change the sound speed but not the game or game speed without changing the sound speed??

just change the speed to Realtime, Auto, the sound to Digital Stereo, and High (44kHz) (best), the game should have good sound and normal speedif the sound is still crappy it's because of the rom

click F11 or choose option>change the 3d renderer to 'openGL'

The same type is changed and the sound is always on.

save type:FLASH 512[make sure after you save the game, right click>save state/wrote snapshot]

Try using the latest version. That one is outdated.

Hey, I went to both of those freaking websites and I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to get that save type or install it or whatever....PLEASE HELP ME.

Read Step 5 of the guide:

STEP 5: IMPORTANT: save typeIf you encounter an error saying something along the lines of "failed to read data" or "reinsert cartridge", just go to Options -> Emulation Setup and under NDS Backup Media, choose the correct save type. You can find the save type at PocketHeaven or at dualscene. If the information is not available, try all possible save types until you find the good one (tip: EEPROM 64KBytes is the most used as of yet, start with this one).IMPORTANT: Save the setting (Options -> Save options) so that the save type is saved.IMPORTANT: Go to File -> Reset Cartridge. If you skip out this step, the rom still won't save. The rom must be reset for the new save type to take effect. Now you have in game save support. If saving still doesn't work, try using the size eight times smaller than the one listed. For example, EEPROM 64kb (notice the lower case 'b') is the same as EEPROM 8kB (notice the upper case 'B'). This is because there are eight bits ('b') in every byte ('B').

save type:FLASH 512[make sure after you save the game, right click>save state/wrote snapshot] :D

Don't mislead people. Write/load snapshot doesn't work for DS games. It will only lead to "Rom-image has crashed" error.

I use v2.5 for Pokemon diamond. When I tried using v2.6 I noticed that the pokemon center and other details looked different so I switched back to v2.5.What could be the problem with that? And also do v2.6 support trading and palpark?

Change to the correct save type. Dont ask me coz i dont know. I am using IDeas which is sorta better. If you notice on no$gba when you select a battle card the graphics are a little screwy and the monsters looks weird.Hey did anyone notice that on pokemon ranger the graphics are on the wrong layer. For example the flashing light is in front instead of at the back of a character. If someone noticed it then good coz I dont have the time to look through 200 over pages for one post.

Um, I have a question. Ps, Bleach Blade of Fate is working well so far, but is it possible to have our saved data from v2.5 stay, or will it be unaccessible if we use v2.6?Never mind, I figured out how to transfer my saved data.

how did you save and load in bleach blade of fate?

Go to options-->emulation setup and look at nds backup data in the new screen and set it to flash256KB, then it won't try to search for backup data. (you need to restart the rom after you change the setting) if you want to keep that setting look at options and click on save options

Thanks for the help shadowmanwkp, I was playing on FLASH512. When I played it on FLASH256 the saving actually worked :)

Which version of emulator are you using?

You should have read the step 5 better, pay attention to Bytes and bits, EEPROM 512 Kbits=EEPROM 64 KBytes in No$gba. FLASH 4 Mbits=FLASH 512 KBytes in No$gba.@alpcechinel: I am not ignoring your problem, it's just that I don't have an answer unfortunately.

You obviously don't know what you're talking about, so please don't try to "help." Just because you "know" something doesn't mean everyone posting in this thread does. The battery save (in-game save) is stored in the SAV file, which is loaded automatically by the emulator upon loading the rom.

You do not understand nocash 3D render is being improvement and in the next few versions.. It will be much better. Nothing to be weird about a graphics being a little screwy and the monsters looks weird. It is only a beginning for a step of version 2.6. The 2.6a and so on will improvement that. :P
