I PMed you it, And I also have another question I thought about earlier. Is the M3 Mini-SD I have capable of "gba union" so to speak? (not sure what to call it) This would be something like Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow detecting an Aria of Sorrow rom and giving the Rare ring/Misa doll. Or Pokemon Pearl/Diamond detecting a Ruby/Sapphire/Firered/Leafgreen/Emerald rom and allowing you to import pokemon from them if both savefiles meet the requirements.Either having both roms in the flashcart and using only the cart and a passcard or having just the flashcard in the slot 2 with the gba rom and the official DS cart in slot 1.I'm mainly worried about pokemon linking, since I'd like to bring my team from Emerald to D/P once I finish it.

Its only possible if u have both GBA and NDS roms on your M3. First go to your GBA rom in NDS mode and press A then start your NDS game It should load your GBA game first, Then your NDS game. Although I don't know if it will work 100% for all games but I manage to get it working with Harvest Moon DS(U).Edit: OK I've tried converting it and still got the same problem as you did. Always ended up with a blank save game. Seems like you have to start your PW game from the beginning.

Alright, thanks though. Also anything special about my grouping when loading multiple games at once? I read in the supercard thread that it requires having the games and data in the same folder with the same names to load up at once. What you told me is a hell of a lot simpler than that (and I'm hoping thats all it requires)I keep my GBA and Ds games in seperate folders on my SD card.

Tested with Aria and Dawn of Sorrow in different directories and Dawn picked up on it.Now I just have to hope the M3 supports linking between pokemon games. And to finish up on emerald

Quick checking and confirming from me here:1. I have an original (fat) grey DS.2. If I get this this and this, I'm completely, utterly all set to go, correct? There is no need to flash my DS, and all I need is a regular SD card with NDS/GBA ROMs on it to convert/patch via the M3 Game Manager, yes? Many, many thanks in advance.

Yup, Though that card sticks out a bit IIRC. Though if that doesn't bother you then no problems. Just buy your card from Amazon or someplace since most bundles overprice them.

I think your problem is that there isn't a Virtua Tennis game on the DS

Got some questions ^^ I have a M3 Lite Perfect, and a Passkey. Was wondering to flash it. Is it a good idea ?? Does the M3 start automatic when power on the ds? As it does now? If so, Then I need to remove the Flash unit to play real DS games right? (This is when it has been flashed)

ive never tried a real game after flashing. but i think it shouldnt make a difference.pros of flashing:-double battery life (passkey soaks up half the battery life, without it is better)-no health and safety warning screencons:-kinda dangerous if u dont have a steady hand with DS lites. DS phat's are easy to do thou.yes it will start up normally when flashed, except for the health and safety screen. as in when the M3 is in it will load it up in DS mode. hold down select when turning on, or dont have the M3 in it. and it will load up the DS main menu

M3 Micro SD lite[picture of it]And here it is for you DS Lite'rs. Will fit a DS lite slot perfectly with no stick out, accepts micro SD cards only. Not recommended to buy for DS original as I am pretty sure it won't fit, correct if wrong.

Whoa, major problems, guys. As it was my birthday today, I went out to try and buy that M3 (Perfect) Mini SD I was talking about earlier in the topic. However, when I finally found a store that sold M3 stuff (this city is stuffed with R4s and Supercards), they only had one M3 Micro SD Lite, and it was reserved. So, we ended up reserving (now I realize how stupid it was and I should probably email the place soon) another M3 Micro SD lite, even though I have an original DS. I tried fitting the reserved one on display into my DS' (slot-2 of course) and it fit, so...Are there going to be any major problems that come up because of this? All of those extra DS Lite shells are gonna be kinda useless, the M3 (Perfect) Mini SD and M3 Micro SD Lite are the same price from this dealer, and mini SD is the same thing as micro SD only cheaper...?EDIT: Oh, the reason I quoted that part of the first post is because the M3 Lite GBA shell fits in the original DS, seemingly.

Err, well, for one, I tried fitting the "GBA shell" of the M3 Micro SD Lite set into my phat DS and it seemed to fit okay. But by mistake we reserved the same package that was on display (and reserved) at the store (M3 Micro SD Lite).I only have a phat DS and am not considering getting a DS Lite in the near future. However, my 9-year old little brother may be getting his own DS Lite in the far future (summertime). Is it possible to use the M3 Micro SD Lite in a phat DS? All of those DS Lite "shells" are going to be useless for quite a while. Also, micro SD is more expensive than mini SD...and the M3 (Perfect) Mini SD and M3 Micro SD Lite are the same price from this store.... Sorry. :P

well if it fits i dont see why it wouldnt work. and i mean the cart has to be able to fit all the way down so the connecters are touching. try turning it on and see if it well boots up right.MicroSD isnt that more expensive. only by a factor of a couple of dollars in the 1-2GB range. plus it looks kooler being so small.

Well, I got the M3 micro SD Lite along with a Passcard3 and a 1 GB Sandisk micro SD. It works fine, but it's quite tight-fitting in the original DS. The Lite shells will be sitting useless for quite a while until my 'lil brother gets his DS Lite. Can you update where it says "Not recommended to buy for DS original as I am pretty sure it won't fit, correct if wrong." to say something like "The GBA shell that comes with the M3 micro SD Lite fits into a DS original, but the fit is tight. The DS Lite shells do not fit (into a DS original) at all."
