If the Latest firmware doesn't work, you can try the arm7.bin fixRead about it here:http://www.dgemu.com...p;#entry3360070But I personally prefer to just grab another arm7.bin from a different rom than download one.

You need to use the latest Game Manager (34) and firmware (33a). Then for options, you can use 4xDMA and Trim-Rom. Soft-Reset can be selected, but it won't work. You also need to use the M3's save (if you have it set to autosave then just remember to reboot it so it can save).GM34 and FW33A: http://www.linfoxdom...om/nintendo/ds/

I'm having a problem getting Zelda to work. I'm using the newest Game manager and firmware with my M3 CF. Any thoughts?

I've tried that, but not with the korean version instead of the Japanese version. I can't seem to find the jap version... even after searching all the jap roms.

OK, finally did it exactly, down to the exact correct rom... still no luck. I go to load the game on my m3 and I get 2 black screens. No errors, just black screens.

How do you stop the M3 lite from doing the auto backup thing. It is sort of preventing me from using pokesav correctly. Thanks in advance.

If I remember u can disable the auto save from the settings menu.If you want to use pokesav without the M3 overwriting your save file, start up your M3 and let it write the save, turn off your DS(without starting any roms) and use pokesav

Use the ARM7.bin fix, heres how to do it with DSlazy

1. Get DSLazy here:http://l33t.spod.org...lazy/dslazy.zip2. Get the Arm7.bin file herehttp://files-ds-scen...iforce/arm7.bin3. Extract DSLazy and start it. Browse and choose the correct .nds file.4. Click NDS Unpack, you will get a new folder, called NDS_UNPACK or something like it.5. Overwrite the arm7.bin in that folder with the one you downloaded.6. Click NDS Packer, when prompted, choose filename and where to save the new .nds, have patience, this might take a moment.7. Finished! Copy to your ds-cart.taken from woof811 on afterdawn.

Or use the ARM7.bin injector

Use the ARM7.bin injector to fix this problemhttp://m3.omgrofl.co...m7_injector.zipAlthough I haven't used this program yet, it seems like it's alot faster to use this than DSLazy.

thx lillaznkilla it worked! I'm saving! It saved! I'm SAVING!!i'd given up on drawn to life but couldn't let my sims go...i thought i'd be relegated to playing it all in one sitting.....but now i'm saving!!! *skips happily...Anyway, that arm7 injector works well - it snds complicated but is relatively easy to do. Now I get it - the simcity ds is just a donor rom to use to get the arm7 program - i kept getting confused in the other posts that that was the game the were trying to fix...Thanks again - i'll name my second saved town after u. Now that i can SAVE!! *resumes skipping....

Been having problems with alot of newer games. Figured it out but not sure exactly what to do. Using Game manager 35b with the lastest firmware. An example of the problem is with the Simpsons game, it says it works but you need to force r/w when you goto the game manager and load up the simpsons game , the force r/w box isn't there. So the rom refuses to work, tried other game manager versions , still has the same problem. Is there something i'm doing wrong? Thanks for any help

Is it saying there's something wrong with the memory?if so you might need to do the ARM7 fix.Otherwise when the force r/w box isn't appearing, it's probably doing it automatically (I've had games where it's suggested to do that but I never had the option when writing but it worked)

Force R/W can cause a lot of problems that lead to a huge support hassle if used incorrectly, so whenever the M3 team updates the game manager they remove the option and hard-code the correct setting where it's known.

trying to get dsorganize onto my M3 slot 2. Using Dsorganize 3.5 Using the M3 slot 2. Have update 35b and GM 35b. Used DIDL (think thats what its called) right click. Just loads up the first warning NDS screen then a black screen. Tried it a few times , just black screen. Went back to my other memory card with my games on it and that didn't even work, think i almost bricked my NDS with this cause the warning screen wasn't showing up. Got it working again, back too playing games again. Just wondering what i'm doing wrong. Cause i'd love to have DSorganize load up , use the web and such , and play games without having to switch around things. Just really confused. Thanks for any help.

Assuming you are talking about Legend of Zelda here. I know it works. I'd try redownloading the ROM , then just load it up to the flashcard using the game manager. If that doesn't work , update the flashcards firmware to 35b. From:http://www.linfoxdom...om/nintendo/ds/just put the # updagcsd.e35.rar 1.00MB straight into the root of the flashcard , not using game manager, load up and push start to update. Remove the file after its done updating , otherwise it will ask each time you turn on the NDS.If that doesn't work. Update the Game manager to 35b , from the same site. If that doesn't work. Then i'd go with the arm7 fix. Download from here, http://www.ds-scene.net/?s=download(only suggesting those places since i know the files there work, otherwise you can download them from other places if you feel like it)Use the arm7 fix , using the japanese simcity Rom as the Donor and the Rom you want as the patient. Run the arm7 fix. Try again. If this doesn't fix the problem. Then well not really sure. But i'd redo everything from stratch first .

If you bough an AR (external one, black, the ones you use when you don't have a flash carrt) before you had an M3, and now you have an M3...will it work with the AR?What i'm wondering is:You stick in the Action Replaythen you stick in the Passcard on top of the ACtion Replayyou stick in the slot-2 part, which includes the Memory CardTurn it onTIck Cheats on ARGo to m3 menustart game that was ticked for, and work?

While the setup might fit, due to the loading nature of the ROMs, it probably wont.Besides, the M3 loading program has built in cheats, so you can use that instead.

I specificallly noted "M3 Lite". Did I ever say simply? Well...ya...thats my question. Unless you're talking about dipstar, which is nearly imposible for me to figure out XD[Edit2]Answer to my first question (up there ^ somewhere): No...Action replay thingy loads up, then passcard appears, and freezes. AR MAX and Passcard dont work.[Edit] Oh, and another question, how do the "cheat.txt" thingies for the GBA games work? Like, it says, "write cheat.txt" but i don't get how to use that -_-" Is there even a manual for this Flashcart?
