Works on mine, what settings are you using?Should work with 4x DMA, Force R/W (if the box appears), along with soft reset because thats the settings I used to write mine.

Yep, the M3 can play GBA roms and NDS roms if it has a bypass like passcard or something

This question might have already been ask somewhere, if so i cant find it but Can you run M3 without a passcard and still play GBA games/Moonshell?

Yes without a passcard or something similar you can still play GBA roms because it will start in GBA mode, but you can't run Moonshell since its a DS application.

I can't find any sites that sell a nice M3 that emulates DS and GBA ROMS and is fairly simple to use. Can someone show me a link? Thanks.

I made a topic about this but it was closed without any message saying why. Anyway here's my problem:How do I play GB/GBC games on M3 mini SD? (I have Passcard3). I would like to play some GB/GBC games. Right now the one I'm most interested is Zelda: Oracle of Ages. I only played the Seasons one and I want to try the other one out. So what do I have to do to play GB/GBC games in my DS? And will they work 100% (saving included)?

Use gamemanger to write the .gbc rom to you card it will be transformed into a .gba file. If that doesn't work download Goomba to convert it so you can play it on your flashcart

Same as if you were playing the original cart. You go to the WFC settings in the game and connect that way. The only thing that doesn't work is download play, that's when you host a game to a friend who doesn't have the cart.

Where can I donwload Goomba? It got transformed into .gba but it says it can only be played on GBC.EDIT: I downloaded Gomba v2.3 but I don't know how to use it. What do I have to do? Move it to the Memory Card and also the GB games I want? Or do I have to do something more?

You just need to copy the compiled file, you use gamemanager to create a .DAT file so the m3 doesn't says it can't find a .dat file to save to(use direct copy).

Thanks lilaznkilla.

[Question] Is the M3 worth it?

In my opinion it is. DS emulators are still far from perfect and this way you can play all games (because they release updates). And also with M3 you can actually play those games anywhere. You pay for the M3+passcard3+memory card reader+memory card about what you would pay for 3 recent game (more like 2 in Europe) and you can play many more and you only have to carry your DS with both the M3 and the Passcard insertted. And finally you get to play games much sooner than you would be able to if you live in Europe. I guess it's worth it.I still get the same: this game can only be played on GBC. Maybe this game can't really be played in DS even with Gomba. I'll try with another game later to see what happens.

Im pretty sure you put the skins in a folder called BACKING in the root directory of your card, the skin has to be name backnds.### (where the "#" can be a number or letter)

firstly download a skin from a link found on the download page (or make it urself, but i recommend downloading a skin first and then editing it). the root directory is nerd talk for not in any folder. first page that pops up when u put in ur mem card, thats the root directory, copy in the skin u just downloaded. then in the M3 menu, go to settings and change it. done
