Four. i lasted for years with only 2. i added 2 more just last spring. both are the official sony doublepacks (cheaper than single) so i got 2 red 2 blue.

I only own one, I don't need many because all my games fit into one memory card. Of course the memory card is the biggest size you can get.

i only have one but its getting pretty full. what with all my random games i get from my friends and stuff. kingdom hearts has a thing that tells you how much space you have left on your card when you load your game, and i was pretty shocked when i saw how much space had been taking up by random games like ratchet and clank and other games. one is all i need though, dont have too many games
