Hardest Pokemon and the one I hate facing the most in the game is definitely Cynthia's Spiritomb in Pokemon Platinum after obtaining the National Dex. It has no weakness to any type and is good defensively as well as offensively. Sometimes I wonder how I was even able to defeat it.

Miltank in the goldenrod gym on the orriginal Gold and Silver. Having since played heart gold and soul silver i cannot understand why i struggled before :fun:

My most hated Pokemon to battle against? Anything that boosts evasion and takes forever to actually hit them. They have to be the most frustrating because they make you just waste so much time and effort.

Red's friggin' Snorlax. Huge defense, then it continually uses Rest/Snore. Helluva combo.

Any special wall. I use almost exclusively special attacks and they made me add in a machamp (Who's new ability is awesome 100% hit rate on dynamicpunch is OP)

I would hate to battle a pokemon that is a super-effective against all my pokemon.

Red's friggin' Snorlax. Huge defense, then it continually uses Rest/Snore. Helluva combo.

No kidding.Took me forever to kill it.Now since I have a level 100 Darkrai,I verse Red for EXP.

The most difficult is in the landois?? i cant find the abandoned place that they are located.I have seen him and cant catch him.I even tried a quick ball, ultraball next time ill try to use a masterballHelp....

Snorlax and Blissey are a pain. In Nuzlocke runs, I get nervous fighting pokemon that know Bide.

my most hated pokemon to battle against is any steel type pokemon. i almost never use fire types. if i had to single one out it would probably be Metacross because he's steel and physic, the 2 i hate the most.

The ones that annoy me the most in fourth generation are the rotoms. Normally my banded staraptor and inferape would be either knocking out whatever I'm facing or whatever is switched in. But Rotoms force me to to be unable to use close combat to deal with heatran switch-in's. Or i throw a not very effective brave bird against a possible scarfed rotom. I can knock it out in another brave bird, but I risk losing my very offensive team if it's scarfed. I can't switch starmie in. I can only go to gastrodon. But that puts me at risk for a breloom set up. Not only that, a grass form stops me from switching to gastrodon or starmie. A water form endangers both my heavy hitters. So yeah. On average my team is fine against most teams, and I can deal with them by switching to the right pokemon or if they aren't scarfed. But that rotom slows me down and could break my team. Very annoying.
