Rayquaza was the hardest to weaken and catch, but in gold and silver the 3 legendary dogs were incredibly hard to find and keep running away so i would have to go with them.

Oh well, all Pokemon bosses are easy to beat. But I will choose Rayquaza.But I really think the Pokemon that's unique and you want to catch with everything you've got is the hardest to beat

rayquaza is definately the hardest to fite n capture as either i kill it or try make it slp n let my pokemon die if i let it hit mi 2 mani times

i don't find any of the bosses too hard to beat or catch. If it does get too hard, i just use the pokemon that has the element the boss is weak to.

Hmm, well it seems that the bosses you listed are the legendaries, so I would say the hardest to catch for me in the whole series are the dogs, and the hardest to kill was probably Mewtwo in the original series. Mewtwo also might be the hardest to catch without a master ball, really...

Mewtwo was easy, or maybe I was just lucky, but the hardest to get for me was latios. I tried going on random places but didnt even see him once.

I also think it's Rayquaza because at Level 70 and when you get to him your Pokemon can faint easily from this proper strong guy. I also think Deoxys was a bit hard because it's really hard to catch.

the hardest boss for me would be mewto in yellow (is it a boss?) . the battle tower is pretty tough too, the first time i went there i got my butt kicked.

I think lugia is the hardest because he doesn't really give you a chance to attack
