I've played part of diamond and pearl and Aruseus is definatley the hardest at level 90! it knows: Perish Song, Hyper Beam, future sight and recover!

for me in the ruby version it was groudon...with only one ultra ball...that took so many hours i think i may have fallen asleep somewhere in between...

Hardest boss would be Red from GSC. It took me a lot of tries to beat him when I first got to the end of Silver Cave. Most of my pokemon were around the early level 60s so I had to battle the Elite Four to level up my team until they were strong enough to beat him.

i don't think you could talk about bosses or so a boss is mostly a huge beast or man that is hard to stop in this case it is some man having some anymals who fight for him this isn't realy a bossI think that the hardest boss in Pokemon is probably Rayquaza

i think bosses as a whole i definitely say elite four of ne version. man u wood never know if u train enough 2 get it done in the first try

i think the hardest boss to catch is Regigigas from Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

In pokemon mystery dungeon, I think the hardest would be either Moltres (did'nt train well)Articuno,Rayquaza or ho-oh but now i am a level 70 + charizard and a levvel 80 blastoise! A super power team!

I think Mewtwo or Rayquazza is pretty hard, i had a hard time catching both because Rayquazza just wiped out my team and Mewtwo was annoying.

the hardest single pokemon boss would have to be rayquazza, the hardest person boss in pokemon for me was stephen in both ruby and emerald.

Rayquaza was easy to beat. It was catching it that made it very difficult.

Pokemon silver was my last pokemon game, so I would say it's Red. I almost lost to him on the first batlle.

The hardest boss for me was Lorelei from Pokemon FR/LG Elite Four, Round 2. She was incredibly tough the first few times, and I often ended up having whatever pokemon I had left beaten by either her Jynx or Lapras on some occasions. Everyone else afterward is pretty easy.

in pokemon mistery dugeon i think that is mewtwo.mewtwo is the best it can beat deoxys (and deoxys was mede to defeat mewtwo)

i think the hardest is mewtwo in red rescue teamit took me 4 and an 1/2 hours to reach him(including the dizastrous 99 floors)
