For me is MewTwo in Pokemon LeafGreen&FireRed the hardest boss!!!!Because he is very strong and its hard to catch him but with a Masterball its easy.

Hardest pokemon boss? Deoxys for sure. He can be a pain to the butt to beat, especially in Mystery Dungeon.

mewtwo for me. he beat my lvl 100 pokemon b4 (i was trying to catch him with regular pokeballs)

i think one of the 3 legendary birds in blue/red are, cause, unless u use the master ball, its really tough to keep it alive, but weak enough to catch

you have 4 pokemon with you, atm i only have 2 pokemn against him,my torchik level 31 and pikachu level 32 and he is like overdosed on like speed or something because he is extreemly hard although i am on pkmn mystry dngn blue i dont know if any of the dngn's are different in difficulties etc but he is very hard when you have 2 pokemon.Oh, btw, I've just defeated Rayquaza in MYSTERY DUNGEON and I must say, he is one of the easiest bosses in the game...It didn't take me even 5 minutes as I had a Lv.28 Torchic, Lv.27 Absol, Lv. 28 Pikachu, Lv. 29 Shuppet.He was so easy I almost died of boredom.

the legendary dogs in Crystal Version. They use roar too much except for Suicune.

The boss of team magma (when I don't know the weakness of poocheyena and I used psychic pokemon) but know I say Rayquaza because t is had to catch

I would say Mewtwo, to me Rayquaza was a cinch. Have a lvl 40 pkmn that can learn ice beam(if its kyogre at lvl 40,BOOM,his hp is red) ,hit him once or twice with ice beam and he's near dead,then throw a couple of ultra balls and then a low lvl pokeball(or other) tadaa~ caught

The hardest to catch for me was Mewtwo. I had used my masterball on Articuno, so I had to use ultra balls. It's a pain when he uses Recover. At least Kyogre and Groudon had to use rest to regain health. >>

those sprinting legendary dogs and the moving lati are the ones i think the hardest. they always flee on encounters.

for me the hardest pokemon bosses are the run away pokemon like latios and latias and also i mustn't forget about rayquaza
