Well, yeah, if you talk about a boss to DEFEAT, Rayquaza would be quite difficult. But Rayquaza is here to be captured, not killed ^^Red is pretty good. I'd say he was the hardest boss in Pokemon, yeah.

if you mean hardest trainer, i would say red in pokemon crystal. if you mean hardest pokemon, i'd say deoxys.

in mystery dungeon, all of the bosses were easy except for jirachi. in that dungeon, you start at lv 1. but i beat him and he joined my team. also, i beat him at lv 38
well, kyogre isn't that hard depending on your starter. and anyway, it was a level 25 kyogre. i beat him with one thunder attack.Depends on what game, in mystery dungeon it HAS to be Kyogre...

The hardest pokemon to catch would definitely be Rayquaza. The hardest gym leader is Misty. In Fire Red, Gary is very hard. And Red is hard, too. In Mystery Dungeon, Zapdos is the hardest, and next to that is Team Meanies.

The hardest boss I have came across in Pokemon Blue would be the Elite Four. Why? You have to beat them and then beat your rival at the end without healing your Pokemon. I think that is pretty hard and also to make your way to fight Mewtwo is hard aswell.

I think hoho is the hardest. It always pops out of the pokeball. Very annoying.

when speaking of boss i think that when concerning pokemon Rayquaza is the ultomate best and in humans Giovanni in viridian gym is also very strong too

For Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Rayquaza, (of course) and of any other Pokemon Games would definatly be Ash from Gold/Sliver/Crystal and Steven (2nd Elite Battle) from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. You could also the Trainer Tower was very Difficult, but it wasnt even really a Battle...more of an option.
