i forgot how to get him, but i like yellow coz it was the only game i had when i was in hospital, and i nearly beat it too. But pikachu kinda annoys me coz its always there and it will only go away if i chuck it a pokebox or kill it

I like pokemon yellow, because unlike the silver/gold/crystal distributions, you had a different starter pokemon. I also like with the yellow version, pikachu has more moves.

Getting all of the starter Pokemon was nice. Also, the way it followed the TV show and made it work that way. Ahhh.. the memories.

I like that Pikachu follows you around and, of course, getting the three starters (Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander) because that really comes in handy. It's nice to have them all on a team because they are well-rounded Pokemon. But I like how it's a little more closely related to the television show, as weird as that sounds. You get to actually fight the Team Rocket characters from the anime and they're not much of a challenge, but it's fun anyway.

teh fact that in the end, i had blastoise charizard venasaur and pikachu on my team and beat the whole game with jsut those four

Pickachu's expressions.Plus, here and there they added some more trainers (like in Viridian Forest, that I liked) and different pokémon to catch. For example, having a mankey from the very beginning I loved.

Obviously the fact you had a pikachu follow you around was a little different...that probably stands out the most..it was almost like you had to always use him!! HAHA

i love it the pokemon this xersion can trade the three started of blue, green and redit the only version tonot confusing mind to chose instice you get all started it also give me the advance to battling brock with pikachu

Personally I thought having a surfing Pikachu was also fun. For some reason after playing that minigame at the surfers house, I wanted to just go out and surf myself. And who doesn't like to see a Pikachu do frontflips and backflips on a surf board. Sometimes I thought Pikachu was saying things behind my back though while we were walking...

I liked all the clips of Pikachu you could see when you talked to him, like after fishing when he hid under a bucket.

I liked the fact that you actually get all 3 starters throughout the game. It saved me the trouble of having to trade from my other Pokémon games. I also loved the fact that I got this game for only $5.
