if that is so, it will be on PS3 for sure :'(and if you have seen some screen from FFXIII it definitely familiar with FFXII battle systemI like it alot, you can customize roles for your chars, and the main ones are still there such as tanks, mage, and dps. The equips kinda go for that as well, but they could have given leather more bonuses other than just hp, like speed or something. All in all a very good game, but has anyone else heard this? Rumors are that the FF7 remake is gonna have a similar battle system to XII, is this true or more internet gossip?

Yes acculy you can just move threw the maps by just using the joy stick, all you have to do is set on gambits like, ally:any arise, ally:any: esunaAlly: 40% health curga, Enemy:Flying: telekensis, Enemy: nearest Visible: Attack.@shadowrex: Haha, I totally agree with you. After Larsa left with his potions, I had to get used to healing myself again. =(I thought exactly what Calornae did; this game plays a lot like an MMO. It was a tad easy, though, contrary to popular belief. I ran into the Necrohol and stole the Zodiac Spear at level 33 or so. It's not that hard; just have Libra, Protect, Shell, etc. The story was good, but I really didn't like Penelo. Yuck. And the final fights were too easy, some of the Espers are harder than the final boss was.All in all, I think this game was a success. I don't think what everyone was complaining about: it's a large game, and it's got great gameplay and a good story. This new style of battle reminds me of Vagrant Story, which is a good thing. It's kinda like Diablo; you point, and click, except it's an entire party you're directing now, and you get to set a series of AI statements. Sure, it requires more planning and thinking, but it also gets rid of the whole "jam on the confirm button so you can bloody well get rid of the enemies and move on with life." No; with this system, you could walk through 3 maps without doing anything but tilting the joystick to keep the characters moving.
