My friends that have played it said it's good but after seeing the demo for FF13 I'm more pumped for than than FF12 ;Weird question since I can't remember... if FF12's battle system turn based or more real-time like Kingdom Hearts?

FF12? Can't say I'm looking forward to it, I'm intereasted in the FF13 battle system...the trailer only showed one battle, and I say, kinda cheap battle system if it's gonna be that way for good.

the opening cg from the demo was nuts and the demo itself was pretty gooddefinately looking forward to itthe battle system is very similar to that in ffxi, but you now control your whole party so no more lfg or noob messing things up

I guess the director is the same guy that did tactics and vagrant story. From what I played of the demo, the music and somehow just the feel of the game, (perhaps the graphics?) felt like those games. I've never played XI but I thought the battle was fun and new, so I'm really excited for it!

Apparently XII got a perfect score in the popular Famistu magazine in Japan...That's a hell-of-a-thing to do since it's a non-biased popular magazine that reports on Nintendo as well I believe. So I'm definatley up for it, I'll wait for the Bargain Bin though, as I'll be saving my money for XIII, that's something that definately interests me.

I've played the demo and in there there's 2 scenario. One is an open field adventure thing with turn based battle system the other one is a dungeon thingie with active time battle system, apart from the enemy need to wait for the turn based one it's basically the same battle system. There's no changing to battle screen now and there's no random battle, u can see the enemies and u can even take advantage of the mixed enemies in the field since some enemies didn't like the other enemies which resulted in they whack each other up and i find it very amusing .Battle command is kinda tricky since ur partner are played by AI, but u can give the AI character a command manually if u want. All the command make a come back here, attack, special, item, defend, magic and summon (which unfortunately not available), there's also a combo system if u attack the enemy in a chain of attacks by each of your chara in your team. Graphic is as usual of what u can expect from Square. So I dun think I need to explain .The game has great potential as an RPG title IMHO, I just wait until it arrives in US and hopefully it would be a greatest hit version then I can buy for a cheap price , or might as well snatch the original first release if they put some extra DVD containing their PS3 FF games' development and trailer .Looking forward to this game and VP : Silmeria .

Final fantasy 9 was gay. X was okay, when x-2 came out.. it got a little bit stupid and all the ones after that just became kind of dumb.

7 was good, 8 was great, 9 was okay, 10 was good, 10-2 was not very good, 11 was online (retarted just buy WoW) so i am very pumped for 12 it looks awesome and will buy it the first day its out. i cant wait for 13 too

To be honest i dont care about any final fantasy past teni heard the series as really started to slip since the sequal to ten..which in my honest opinion was a big mistake cos i heard that squaresoft promised never to make sequals to their gamesand in doing so they lost the guy who did the music and i think one of the cheif graphics designers.But i will admit1000 words was a good song to end wonchoos time in square soft(if anyone know's im wrong please post something about this cos i'd rather know that the best gaming series ever hasnt slipped than know im right and it's gone to hell)

I am going to buy ff12 but the guy at ebgames said that its probably going to be sold out on the first couple of days unless i preorder it. But i cant preorder it i have no money.

AFAIK those 2 guys only absent in X-2, for the music Nobuo Uematsu would still share his work piece for FF12 and FF13. I read about FFXII and it seems to amazing. What I really look forward to is the Summons. They Seem cool, but I am too lazy to bother posting the thing about it, I remmber the cool thing about it was like this or something "In order to use an Esper you must defeat the foe and then one of your characters must sign a seal with the Esper and only that character can summon it" It is a cool sounding system but the License Board (Where you learn Skills) Sounds brillent. Everyone can use Any weapon previded they get the skill.
