definitely was pokemon yellow...as the pokemon games progress they started to take the cheats out so there wasnt really any way to cheat but to look up where to go next...however the cheat in pokemon red and blue was by far my favorite cheat ever on top of the fact that it was my first

as i recall the first gba game i finished without cheat is FF Tactics, because it's a great game and not boring with a creative gameplay

The first game I beat was Pokemon Sapphire. I think it took me about a year because I kinda quit halfway and then restarted playing again a few weeks later.

i think is pokemon but if the perfect one i think is magical vacation i really recommend it !is best !although is in japanese..i used 95++ hours to complete.haha !

Final Fantasy 6. I nearly cried because Kefka was HARD! It took me about a few weeks to get everyone in my party leveled-up and to stock up for items.

.... sad thing was i didnt no wht cheating was until i got my gba for like 2 years? lolcuz i nvr had a gameboy or ne systems b4 tht dam strict parents ...newayss ..... so in those 2 years i beat the games without cheating ...pokemon red/blu/leaf/diamond/black/gold/sappire/ruby ...golden sun 1/2 .... advance wars 1/2 ..... ffta .....forgot some of other names too == ..... lolim gonna stop talking i sound like a newb haha latez
