I think that the hardest pokemon to catch was the 3 legendary dogs but on gold and silver i had infinite master balls and i caught them first time lmao

for me latios and latias were difficult.i only had once chance with latias but missed it n i had two chances with latios and the second time was the charm

the hardest was definatly the lati's and feebas they are so rare and annoyingly hard to catch the lati's run away while feebas just doesn't appear easily but i found em in the end still very hard recomend master ball for lati's groudon and kyorge r easy to cacth via ultra ball
mewtwo's in the cave by misty's gym go up nugget bridge and surf down tht patch of water at the side of it and hunt through that cave it is two easy to catchmeotwo, I can't even find it

i think i`ll vote for feebas (that damn six-tile rules) and ... chansey with lucky egg itemthat time, i really really want that damn lucky egg, i search over the poke-world finding for chanseyfinally after i found it, i caught it again and again (i have more than 25 chansey in my pc, seriously) but i never got it ... so i give up ... until now ...

Chansey. Forget the legendarys, forget Feebas, that was easily the hardest monster I ever had to catch. With the legendarys at least you can put them to sleep, with Feebas you just have to look around enough. With Chansey, you have to wander around in tall grass for hours, and even then more often than not it will run as soon as you start the battle. In Gold and Silver it wasn't so bad because you could actually battle them properly and put them to sleep, but in red/blue or fire red/leaf green it was harder for me to get than Mewtwo.

hardest was deoxys but hes pretty close to impossible to even find where he is, hardest to catch well.... those damn dogs... i hate them

Definitely the ones that run. Entei, Raikou, Lati@s.. Lucky I had Crystal and didn't have to chase down Suicune. -_-

i say that the leagenary dogs are the hardest but not the lati's i don't no way but the lati's i all ways find really easy to find and catch

I think the hardest to catch for me was lugia because i had really low level pokemon with me.

hardest to find: feebas. I try to find it all night long...hardest to catch: latios/latias. I was so annoyed that i just wanna kill them. Man, they're worth to catch, so i didn't kill them...

the hardest pokemon to find was feebas in pokemon emerald and the hardest pokemon to catch is definitely raquaza.
