any of the legendaries with the "roaming" ability. meaning they move around. arrrgh

Mine was Rayquaza. No matter how many ultra balls I threw at it, it would not stay in there! Took me forever to catch the thing, and it was even asleep! next to that would be latias, kept running away :biggrin2:

any legendary pokemon really, since you only get 1 masterball if you fail once your spending hours trying to freeze,ultraball,freeze,ultraball until their health is just the right level, Not to mention if your pokemon are too trong then you'll most likely kill it first

feebas because it is so rare and I can't seem to find it any where. but I only caught 1.

the legendary pokemons, because they always escape from the pokeballs (if you already used the masterball)

Catching The Three Legendary Dogs, Mew, Latias, Latios, and Celebi was hard. (i caught them all using a pokeball ^^) :(Well Chansy gave me a hard time (coz i used a pokeball again!! ^^) :gay2:

I would say the dogs, but Heracross was kinda hard first I was headbutting for 30 mins in wrong place then 2 hours till I got in Crystal and Abra is hard to since it teleports when you have weaker pokemons. I remember when I used Master Ball on it :gay2:

i think the hardest, at least for me, was a feebas in the ruby/saphire version, that little ugly fish never appear

MAN FEFENENTLY latios latias and the dogs man i caught them all but man it was difficult i hate having to search them everywhere... but still fun.

For me, the pokemon which you run into randomly, but mainly:-Entei,Raikou,Latias and Latios.
