feebas and milotic, absolutely ridiculous, I mean, only 6 out of 400 tiles? jeez that's crazy, and then they randomly reset, plus feebas doesn't even appear in that tile 100% of the time so you could skip him even though he's there. Plus raising him to milotic is tough because you have to work the berry blender perfectly. The legendary dogs weren't so hard, just clone masterballs and once you find em... booom they're yours... heh but if not mean look and hypnosis work well. Gengar is cool for that

the dogs in gold and silver were way hard... because u had to go to the far east, far south and far west to get em. so u had to search a lot and long

The hardest to catch? Well...it's not easy catching Latios or Latias, because I had to use a Wobuffet to keep it from running and I didn't want to kill it with Counter or Mirror Coat. Ugh...Though, strangely, it's easier to find them if you aren't looking for em'. Weird.

I think the the legendary dogs,latios and latias too,you had to chase them all over.

legendary dogs really hard to find but i don't give it up till i have all tree the dogs

well i'd say mew is hard to find and the 3 dogs cuz they always run if you don't hurry and use a master ball.

the regis were pretty hard to catch becasue of teh requirements but in silver, the legendary dogs were teh hardest.

The hardest pokemon I had to catch was rayquaza because his health was almost down to zero and he wouldn't let me catch him I had to use a Master Ball

Mespirit is a pretty difficult Pokemon to catch if all the Pokemon you have in you party are level 45.

The Regi's where the hardest to figure out how to get, but the first evolution to Glalie, Snorunt.

Mew and Regis is hard to catch, but I use the Action Replay to catch them.

I'd say Arceus, since it is the highest leveled wild pokemon in the pokemon game history. It's level was 80 when I caught it.
