What about Jirachi, isn't that Pokemon like incatchable or something? Or do you have to cheat to catch it? I always forget these things.

nah dude they're stationary--hardest ones are def the dogsthe hardest are the dogs----and to whomever said about jirachi--you have to take a ****load of steps--like a million or so--to get a special counter up. The counter is viewed in Mossdeep Space Center. When you go in, you walk straight up to the scientist at the top of the center, and talk to him. He'll tell you a number of launches the rocket has taken. When it hits 50, he'll let you go to the moon in the next rocket. Once you get off, you can see Jirachi...just like any other stationary legendary, theres only one chance to catch it SO DONT MESS UP or save b4 the fight.I think Regice or one of the regi legenaries

The dogs were definitely frustrating. Had to keep your Gengar out in front even if you didn't want to. Also, I swear I'd spent like two days straight chucking balls at Lugia.The last Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald generation brought out a new challenge for team builders and perfectionists who not only worked to catch legendaries but hoped that they turn out with preferred natures.

Yes latios and latias and the dogs but the hardest of all is chimecho that pokemon with the blanket under him he was the hardest in my opinion.

Legendary beasts/dogs and Latios & Latias are not that easy because they run away if you don't catch 'em right away. 
Actually there is always Master Ball, but there is no challenge and it's not very fun B)

Im not sure but i think i would go with mewtwo because i didnt know i will have 2 catch it later on so i used my masterball on articuno.

one time, i caught a torros. but then in the 4th grade some kid jacked my GB w/ red version in it. after i got a new GB w/ red version. i never saw torros again......

CHANSEY! Especially if you want a Lucky Egg. It took me 6 hours to get one Lucky Egg, and I only had 3 Chanseys during that time. (I got a second Lucky Egg when my monotonous gaming desire resurged, and that only took 4 hours, but...)Yeah. The rest were easy.

Latios and Latias were definately the hardest to catch. I know the dogs were hard but I caught them a bit easier than Latios and Latias.

i think in emerald trying to catch a freaking metagross (while useing gameshark code of course) and the metagross is lvl 45 its freaking harder then catching groudon in ruby or kyogre in saphire i wasted 40 ultraballs before i realized i can save with shift f1 and keep useing the same pokeball over and over again

the one i had the most problem was with the pre-evolement of militic
