I read most of the stuff pretty diligently, but...the stuff that non-important characters say, I just skim through.

It's pretty evident in this thread why so many don't bother reading the text for the games. Perhaps if somebody translated it all to AOL-Speak, maybe people will start paying attention.I read the text. I am an excellent reader(not so great at spelling and grammer though). Maybe I should stop reading, and maybe the plot will stop being so predictable.

Of course I have - it took a long while, but I did.As for the reads, yeah. I always read everything - don't want to miss out any of the plot or plot twists, hmm? ^_^

i do remember one thing.
it took hours and hours but.
by the time i was done with it.
i was so involved. i didn't even know what to think.
i carried it around with me for days. and days.
playing little games.
like. not looking at it for a whole day.
and then. looking at it.
to see if I still liked it.
i did.

Only books I end up reading are Harry Potter, but it does take me at least 2 or 3 days to get though a book if I read it non-stop like I always do.And yes I read every single word, or at least I am aware of every single word. I kind of go fast so it's not really words on a page than a picture in my head.

I must agree with burningowl, anyone who want to play a RPG must read everything, or won't know what to do, and worse, won't get the storyline, wich, I think, is the most important in it.On the matter of other games, reading the reads is important to get to point of the game, or wouldn't be so many games, just one of a kind would be enough.

Whenever I read a book I usually miss out any boring description (Like if there's a whole paragraph describing a field of flowers or something stupid), and skip words like and, then, how... The obvious words, although I know they're there. But the descripition thing doesn't really apply because the type of books I read don't have pretty fields. ^_^
