I wish I could say I've finished the game, but time is fleeting, thus the game remains unbeaten. however, I love the game so far. indeed, the RPG/Strategy mix is brilliant!as for the loss of characters, I really don't mind finishing the game without everyone, but I feel so bad that one of the members of my team has died, I just can't go on! - Oreius

Great game, just like the two for GBA. Wish they had the battle arenas in it though. I don't mind when a character I barely used died, but one it was one of my main units it sucked.

Yeah FE9 is a really good game.However two things really bother me.The magic triangle needs to reword for FE10. I like the fact that the old magic triangle (fire/wind/thunder) is back and all, but the GBA's magic triangle worked so much better. I never had to bother to use the magic triangle in this game. All three magic are accurate (wind especially) so their no real point to bother with it. I also dislike the lack of any terrain beside one of the first chapters. For me a strategy game require you to position your units and that require you to take advantage of your surroundings. I would really like if forests, mountains and hills are back instead of all just villages, castles and barren fields. Plus the terrain actually make flyers more useful since they're the only units not to be penalized by terrain. The lack of terrain makes Paladin completely outclass the flyers.

i love custom weapons... nice to level up some stragglers...i liked it because it was Fire Emblem, and that means its good i also liked how you can make your own weapons

I do, but is a little easy.I just loved this game, though some batlles can take forever it's still a nice game.the only thing is that you should have a way to bring back fallen comrads, it sucks if you didn't really save and you lose a good caracter or a favourite one. Who else finds that it's a good game?

It was good, although the moving in the map is kinda slow, unlike the other FE games and yes, some battles almost forever. But the main point is, great graphics and game play. Its truly addictive. ~Master Cheif Cactuar~

It wasn't as good as the three GBA ones before it, but it wasn't bad. They shouldn't have taken out the little things that made FE so good. Those little things -- specifically, seeing how much damage you would deal and would be dealt during the animation, reviewing past support conversations, the ability (for some) to choose which class they upgraded to, the removing of a few classes -- are what turned me off slightly with this game. I only beat it because I wanted to show off to my brother (he beat FE6, FE7, and FE8 before me, and I just wanted to get back at him >.>).

I think the game is so great because the story is so immersive and addictive. You feel for the characters and hate their enemies! I love this game!

Fire Emblem is a nice game but it needs to make each character with something special different from others, like in the one on GBA there are so many cavaliers but most of them are the same and sucked, some thing special to make all characters good.

I love the whole fire emblem series and this is a great installment. The bad part about this game is because if you turn on the battle animation, the game takes forever.... and also, the battle animation seems a bit unrealistic(i.e. pegasus just stand there while the enemy attack) but all in all, the game holds true to the fire emblem series

I like FE9 because only one reason: that's the first 3D FE game.I like FE series, so when I see FE3D, I couldn't go on without buying this.And the way to approach this game is easy if U used to play older version.The story is always good.

I really enjoyed this game. Excellent interface, great tactical combat, and best of all hard was actually quite hard! The storyline was pretty generican and quite often cheesy but they made up for it with some nice graphics. This game is well worth buying if you like strategic combat.

It is an awesome game because the battle scenes are really good. The voice acting is also good. Also the characters are just really cool like Ike, Soren, or Boyd.

the is game is good cause it makes a briliant attempt to make the gba games even better. the graphics are awsome compared to some games on other consoles. The Game play is in no way altered and its able to add clever extras to the series.
