I say definetly Halo 2 because its fun on campaign and really fun on multiplayer.(wif slayer and CTF)

Halo 2 hands down, love to play wif it, especially the dual-wielding function. Sadly, in multiplayer, the only map i ever play is lockout and ascension

Doom 3 was kind of a disappointment. I mean, yeah, it was fun, but it didn't have that excitement that I still get when I play games like Halo. Doom 3 was very repetitive in it's levels, and it was not that scary. Halo, on the other hand had so much variety and never got boring. Well, maybe a little.

its really up to if you prefer horror as compared to action.For story mode i would suggest doom 3.but if you like multi player halo 2 is hard to beat

Halo 2, no question. although Doom 3 is a good enough game, nothing comes close to halo 1 & 2.
