I like the GBA because iits portable and the majority of the games are funner

GBA games do have more technology and software power behind it. If I want a greater visual presentation and/or storyline, I'd probably go with GBA.On the other hand, the GBC and before have somewhat of a different effect on us. Though their visual presentations may be a bit lacking compared to the GBA, many games have stories just as well as the GBA games do. But the GBC and before give that truly retro/old-school feeling of times when we were younger, hyped beyond compare at a machine as big as a compact car, using four AA batteries that needed to be changed (or two, if you want to move up from the original GB), a screen of green and black pixels that could hold probably 36 of today's pixels within it (or gray and black, or color, so don't get on my back! XP ), color variations that would look like roasted vomit if all were poured into one vat, and flashlight attachments that reflected off the screen so much that nothing could truly be seen except that blinding glare of focused light while playing in the dark. Aah, retro. ^_~

Definitly GBA jus becasue it has all of the original final fantasys except three. thats enough to make it better than gbc

Easily GBA, because it was built more recently and to handle better games.Of course, that's not saying the GBC is bad.

GBA for me by far. The graphics are great, and there are SO many good games for it.Not that the Gameboy was bad, but the gameplay for any genre was usually stripped down to bare bones in order to get it to work on the system.

I'd have to agree with the people who mentioned the pokemon and zelda games. I remember having fun playing Links Awakening....and this was during the era of the GBA SP (too cheap to go out and buy new systems you see)

GBA forever!Yeah, I only had two games on my GBC, ever, so I can't say much for how good it was. I would have had more, but I lost it inside the couch for two years. It was amazingly sturdy, however, which is a plus. But in my opinion, the GBA just had more epic games. You can't get much more epic than Fire Emblem. Seriously.

How can you compare two unlike things?But GBC had an iR port that was never used, similar to PSP but the new PSP2000 doesnt!
